I have bought my cars from Mark at ACar2Go over the last 9 years… the whole team have impeccable customer service skills and make sure that things are right for you. I know what I want so usually Mark or the team would source it for me … however the ‘Partner’ had no idea and so we looked at cars - I like Peugeot’s, renaults and VW but he flip flopped about them… so we looked at a Seat- it ticked all the boxes for 300 miles a week, diesel, great fuel consumption and Alice who is not very old gave such a petrol head spiel - we bought it! I just need a lesson as it’s automatic - but I’ve not seen the other half smile so much over a car! The fact he had no choice - he had to buy from acar2go because of the service and help over the years - I’d always recommend them. Customer service goes a long way - people remember how they are treated … Thank you Alice and Joe! See you when I make up my mind!

Brought a Citroen C4 and part exchanged my big 7 seater as wanted to downgrade in size. Customer service I received from Dale at a Car 2 Gp was second to none and the car is fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody. Steve Smith
Easy straightforward purchase of the car. Left alone to look around but staff were there to discuss when required. Unfortunately this car developed a fault towards the end of the three month warranty. The car was immediately taken back and a replacement car was offered. Although rectification of the fault proved to be quite tricky and took three attempts to achieve the staff could not have been any more helpful. Their clear intent was to provide top level customer service. I will use A Car 2 Go again and recommend to others.

Everything's been good since I bought my Ford Grand C from A car 2 Go back in June. only little thing is that there was a chip in the window screen but other than that. I traded my old car in and got a few hundred more that I thought I would for it which is good! Overall, I am really happy with the car and the service and I would recommend this dealership.

I was very impressed with A Car 2 Go, I had to change the collection date 2 times due to work and they were very understanding and accommodating. When I did eventually pick it up it was very clean inside and out, they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and off I went.
