I purchased a Hyundai Tucson recently. I am very pleased with the car. I am particularly pleased with Andy Hogan who skilfully guided me through the whole process from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with Andy and I much appreciated his support.

After waiting some months for a new 4WD Tucson to the frustration of us and the sales staff, Callum found one with only 2000 miles on the clock just on the market. Excellent negotiation and service. My old Santa Fe was 10 years old with 100,000 miles on the clock. Let's hope tha Tucson does as well. Certainly has a lot more features very clearly explained by Callum.

Found a Diesel civic on there website. Only just been advertised so no pictures at time. Contacted the dealership asking for a video and advice to if the vehicle is under the Honda warranty. Still no response after five days. Now decided against the said vehicle as if this is the level of communication pre sales Id dread to think the what the post sales is like in the case if there was a issue with the car. Only a small complaint compared to some reviews but thought id raise this as constructive criticism.
