We went along to A.M.C. Cars in Newhaven as we had seen a good-looking Jaguar X-Type car online. We were met by Ben and his wife who were very welcoming and professional. They were both incredibly helpful and we were in no doubt that this car would be perfect for our needs. Ben was an absolute star and took time to give us all the necessary information. When we collected the car two days later after its M.O.T., the valeting that AMC had provided was top class. The car looked like it had just come out of the showroom ! We were very pleased with their professional and friendly manner. It was a pleasure dealing with them. And it was a delight driving this good quality car home. We would certainly recommend this company.

I haven't driven for a number of years and was nervous about driving again and finding a car. Ben was simply amazing- He was knowledgable and gave me all the information and documents I needed and made collecting the car very convenient for us. The car is in fantastic condition, spotless and has been fitted with a brand new clutch and everything works perfectly. He also sorted out the MOT and road tax paperwork for me which was so helpful. I bought a car from AMC in January. I went to test drive a Fiat 500 and Ben couldn't of been more helpful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought a car not fit for purpose. Ben tried to blame the problem on me. For putting a little extra oil in the car. After sending it to 2 different garages and having the advise of 3 different RAC mechanic on 3 separate breakdowns I was in no way responsible and that it was an issue with fuel pumps or injectors. All happened with the warranty period. Same issue each time. Trying also to blame it on the diesel bought at Sainsburys. Therefore all diesel cars around Newhaven should have the same problem. Refuses to refund me. WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS TRADER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
