Bought a SUV of this guy only to suffer a huge amount of stress and anxiety after he Delivered the vehicle to find out it had a major failure in the drive train took the car back said it was repaired but it was apparent it was still the same the car was inspected by another garage but found to be unsafe after a long list of text messages his warranty and after sales is not worthy of what it says keep clear of this motor company he’s a dodgy dealer

I have taken a volvo car from this company and the gear box showed up fault in 3 months. They never stand with the promise they make. They make fake promises on purchase. After sale they don't pick the call or give the documents promised.

Don't believe the fake 5 star review search around the internet and you will find out this is a scam dealership. Bought car from them late last year no end of problems now coming out to over a grand or 2 in repairs. Refused to take car back claimed only 1 month warranty even by law that's illegal... Currently have trading standards investigation open.

I brought a Mazda 6 from this company. After already completing the payments they then requested admin fee. Fair enough, paid etc. Noticed jittering when the car was at a stand still. Took it to the garage locally and they said they were happy for me to do so. Told them the issue and the cost, they then refused to pay the garage. They then sent 2 lads to look at the car. They changed a pipe (which was not the issue and they were aware of this). Of course, engine light back on etc so they then come to collect the car to fix at their garage. Once returned, had the same issue with jittering engine! Contacted the company and they said to return the car and we will get a refund as there was nothing else they will do on the car. They have had the car 3 days, it’s back up for sale on auto trader AND still yet to receive the refund!!! Worst company ever! Avoid at all costs
