Recently I bought a Hyundai I20car for my daughter. I was really impressed by the friendly, and respectful manner with which we were treated by Serkan and his team. No pressure sales, just straight talking. Just two days ago the car would not start whilst in the car park. My daughter called the office for help. The engineer arrived in less than an hour and diagnosed bad battery. Got the car running and replaced the battery the following day. Could not have asked for better service. Re Mini Cooper Convertible From the initial phone call Serkan was a pleasure to deal with, provided an honest review of the car & straight about its condition which I can say now was better than expected. I was purchasing for my wife and wanted to trade in a vehicle ,it was important to get a deal done before the 350 mile trip.Sent photos and car details,an offer was made and accepted.Paid the deposit and arranged collection..Balance to be paid on the day.No issues whatsoever.Excellent customer service. I bought a Audi A2 1.4 Sport from A&S recently. The car was inspected and was noticed a small crack in the timing belt, so the mechanics changed that plus the tensioners, waterpump and alternator. Any problems when they check the car is repaired before selling. A friend of mine bought a car from A&S Motor UK, and that he found it sitting in a barn, nothing but trouble from day one, been back several times for the same fault only to told well it could be this or it could be that, until recently my friend thought he’d got his car at a fair price, turns out serkan paid just under 2000 for the car and sold it to my friend for nearly 7000 , I’m all for making a profit but that to me is just daylight robbery, so would not recommend this garage to anyone.
