Brought a car from these people my car was covered with 6 months warranty the car broke within these 6months a very expensive fault I was assured I was covered by the company and told to contact the warranty team we did this and was sent back forth for weeks on end until the company then decided my warranty had in fact expired a now and wouldn't be dealt with at all my issue was raised within my warranty time but because the dealership and warranty are it so difficult they made sure they dragged it for weeks until the warranty had ran out and no one wanted to deal with it! I was blocked and told they wouldn't deal with the issue any further. Scam company

Quite simply the best used car dealership I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot! Completely honest, straightforward, pleasant, open, no pressure, quality cars at very good prices. From finding the car on Autotrader (outstanding photos Marea!), setting up a test drive next day with Rob, who was extremely knowledgeable and let me drive as long as I wanted, to making the deal with Tony the owner - absolutely a pleasure to negotiate with, enjoyed the process and made a deal we were both happy with - then picking it up a few days later and doing the paperwork with Craig, who could not have been more helpful getting it all sorted and dealing with a couple minor issues before I drove off. Would not hesitate to buy another car from A1 Autocentre, highly recommend. Wishing all of them a happy, and especially healthy, holiday season! Many thanks!

Great to receive great customer service from management and sales at A1 Autocentre. Everything done as one would expect . All we had to do was hand over the payment. The car was perfect and all the paperwork was done for us including cherished number change, registration tax and everything. We had spent the previous weekend trying to buy a new or demonstrator MERCEDES from main dealers in both Poole and Southampton but surprised by the main dealer apathy and disinterest in taking our money. A1 Autocentre made us welcome and valued. We spent about £26k so MERCEDES main dealers lost to a much better business that actually wanted to serve a customer and do business. We will recommend this dealer and come back in future.

Very pleased with service from start to finish small problems sorted without a fuss
After looking for a white Audi A3 for weeks I finally found her in a1 auto centre was on a Sunday afternoon and they were ment to be shut but thankfully they stayed open for me to test drive and soon as I took the car out I knew she was mine They gave me a good price for my part exchange and was very quick and professional to exchange and buy the new one Very friendly and there to answer any questions Many thanks
I bought a ford focus from A1 back in April and everything was perfect. The car is spot on and I have had no issues with it, the service was excellent and the sales team were really helpful. I would recommend this dealership, I had a very good experience buying from them.

A1 Autocentre were pretty good and I would consider using them again for my next car, one thing that did tickle me a bit was that they never told me the car I bought used to be a private hire taxi, the car is fine but I feel this is something I should have been told at the time of sale.
