Unfortunately i would need to leave an negative feedback and will explain in details why! I found a "lovely" car advertised on Autotrader. Car was 17 months old , and priced £46k (i have not negotiatethe price at all!). After speaking to a members of staff we arrange the finance agreement over the phone i have been told the car has no issue and is a perfect car , has only 20k miles on clock. We arranged a day to go and pick the car, so i took a flight to Manchester as imlive in London. When i went there staff welcomed me and made me.feel special, outside was raining, we sign the contract and the brought the car outside. After i went out with the guy we made the deal, i start looking quickly arround just to see enjoy the car and the mean time i was keep told the car is perfect and there is a waranty anyway. As i mentioned it was raining i just took the car and start driving as i there is long way on the way back to London. As i came late and it was dark (also didnt expected to have any problems). Nezt day in the morning was sunny and car was shining,. I start looked into it and i found out there is a several scratches around the bumpers mirrors and boot. I didnt complain as is my fault i havnt pick better time so i can see the car when no raining, but also i have seen from windscreen cracked. Small 3cm crack which i have booked an appointment to be repaired also without contactin the dealer and explain him as always can be done on my way to Lonodn. Ok , but when the windscreen guy start working on it he called me and explained to me that crack has been already repaired unprofessionally and the visoble crack can not be hidden. A week later a brouth the car to the garrage for service and when mechanic lift the car in the garrage called me to go and have a look! So car cones with 20" alloy wheels. Three of them was cracked and two cracked twice and repaired! After contacting A1 dealer , the guy told me will have a word with the managment department a d see IF they can do anything about it !!! I didnt get any reply on it unfortunately suppouse to buy new wheels £550 each of them and new tyers as they are runflat and one was with ballon on it and second one was with hall repaired(runflat tyers cannot be repaired). I am leaving that review to the attention of anyone who is on the way to buy a car from them with just a suggestion to really have a look all around the car before sign any paper!! I have my leson which cost me a lot and to be honest i didnt expect all this problems with the car comparing the price that been listed and the age of the car also the word of the staff members! Just be carefas theey dont look after you but only make the deal!

I came to view a RS3 2016, liked it asked for a  price on my car I wanted 15k was told they will only give me £13,500 due a discrepancy in service book, I accepted in the end, on the day of exchange of cars I arrived home and realised the car had a few issues, also my wife had  look on the website to see if the car I PX was live, to our amazement it was at £20, 995 but reduced to just below 20k and a saving of over 1k I found that a bit of kick in teeth, also to say it had saving aswell was also a further kick in the teeth, it had only been live for a few hour hmmmm! The following day I called and mention about the issues the car was booked in and 3 out the 4 jobs solved (so I thought) the other job..a burning smell was told it will go away on its own, unfortunately it didn't and one of the other jobs they said they solved, started to happen again..in the mean time a valve on my exhust started to rattle in a certain mode..the rattle is still present to date,  and also the all the brakes and discs need to be replaced at 2k for brakes and 1k for the rear back box because the valve cannot be sorted..I think its absolutely disgusting you cant even be bothered to reply to my emails after spending just over 35k for the car.  Warranty company have told me the dont cover mechanical parts in the exhaust system, even tho you sold it me and said it covered all mechanical and electrical. 3k this car needs spending on it so...my advice to anyone buying from here is take a professional with you to check over with a fine tooth comb before parting with your hard earn money. Dilan I'm also still waiting for the £95 after emailing you the receipt but I guess that's not going to happen..just like I'm still waiting to hear back about the the other things.   Buyers be cautious.
