BOUGHT A FANTASIC LITTLE FORD FOCUS, EVERTHING WAS AS PROMISED THE OTHER REVIEWS HERE SEEM VERY SUSPECT AS THERE WHERE 8 OTHER PEOPLE COLLECTING CARS THE SAME DAY AS ME & ALL WERE OVER THE MOON.

Bought my car from A5 Automotive just over a year ago and had problems from the get go. Firstly I had warning lights on my vehicle literally the same day I drove it away. When I rang the sales man was really unhelpful and rude and tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car. After 3-4 trips back and forth I got it ‘fixed’ but have emailed several times for evidence of what they did to fix the car and they’re ignoring me. Since having the car I’ve had to spend almost as much as it cost getting various things fixed. Honestly, they are cowboys!

Had a couple of cars off A5 Automotive never had a problem with any of them.

I put a deposit on a car on the 17th of Dec 2017, the car was taken for an MOT and passed with adviseries one being an oil leak. I would tell anyone buying a car to go on line to CHECK MY MOT as the car had a judder when I had a test drive which turned out to be the dif. It was sent away to be repaired and I made numerous calls (18) to see what the progress was however they had every excuse in the book but never an answer. Customer service is a joke they never called back when they said they would. In my opinion this car sales is a shambles all I can say is stay clear and don't waste your time. I asked for my deposit back on 17th Jan. I had waited almost a month for this car with no joy.

I recently brought a beautiful low miles one owner Hyundai i10, i wasn't pushed into buying the car all the staffs members just left me to look around the car which was great! Everyone i spoke to were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with buying the i10, i cannot fault the garage in anyway and wouldn't hesitate on buying many other vehicles from this dealership! i have recommend A5 Automotive to my friends and family!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from A5 Automotive. Never had a problem from there no pressure sales to after care. Always very friendly and happy to help.

This place is a joke I bought a car from them using a credit card they was meant to charge 2 %interest charge for paying with a credit card but charged me 5% the car its self was nearly 3000 . I have had nothing but problems with the car and later found out that they all stem from when the new turbo was fitted before I purchased it . I wasn't told it had a new turbo . When I sent a letter requesting they repair the car I heard nothing from them . My car is dangerous leaking emissions in to the car where my two young children have been traveling . I'm now stuck with a car I haven't been able to use for 6 month and still having to pay the credit card company as they voided my claim as it was my dad who used his credit card. I have no way of saving to repair my car as I'm paying a fortune out per month for it to sit out side my house . If I can offer advice to someone who was looking to buy a car I would say stay clear of these con artists I'm left in a right mess also they claimed a service would be done which the book hadn't been stamped to state this and when I broke down the aa attended as I couldn't get the car home they said the oil and filter hadn't been changed in some time . Stay well clear I no for sure I will be. lesson learned.
