This outfit claimed the V5 for a car purchased was with BMW, two weeks later and still no V5. Extremely dodgy outfit, why would the V5 for a used car be with the manufacturer, steer clear or you will get ripped off.
I brought a Mercedes C class of Sal. And I could not be happier. The best service I pretty much have received for anything if I be totally honest. The service was of such a standard I cant recommend it enough. An absolute delight to have purchased my car through the a6 team. If anyone is looking to buy a car or just need advice, this is the dealership to go too. From the moment I spoke to Sal over the phone I knew I was in good hands. They have their customers priority at the top of the list, and that showed immensely. It is. 100/10 for me.
Placed a deposit drove 300 miles to collect test drive was less than a mile car went into limp mode throwing up glow plug fault can't believe that the car had not been tested knowing we were doing a 600mile round trip Was told they would fix the fault and deliver unfortunately knowing that the car had faults we would not waste our money took a week to refund the deposit with the reminder of a phone call The salesman asked us to leave a good review Hmmmmm a good review under what grounds I ask ??? Would give them a big miss people too many bad reviews makes me wonder how professional this outfit is they talk the talk but can't see it through
just now I'm not going to go into it as I'm not here to tarnish anyone's business, but I will not be buying another car from these guys. I guess the rest of the 1 stars say it all. Be prepared for faulty motors and make sure to double check common issues to see if they have been resolved. *update to response* second fault was noticed in the same month of purchase in July as per the email I sent you bringing it to your attention, I have only owned the vehicle since the 23rd of June 2020 and it went away for repair for almost 2 Weeks, which means by time second fault was discovered, I had only had actual use of the vehicle for about 3 weeks. which means as of todays date I have had it for 6 months, so it is impossible for the fault to be bought to your attention and put into quotation several months later. In regards to getting my authorisation to get the vehicle repaired, you left me with no choice as I had tried severally (over 20 phone calls in the space of 2 months) to get you to take responsibility for this fault. Your response to my review (on Google) is not factually accurate, at least as a customer of yours do me the honor of being truthful.
A bunch of crooks who should not be allowed to run any business. Purchased a car and returned immediately because of state. Agreed to refund less admin fee. Pretended to process refund. A month down the line the refund is still missing from my account. They have failed to respond to my messages and phone calls. Have now escalated my case for further investigations into this business.
Absolute shambles of a dealership......Bought a car from these around 2 months ago which turned out to have issues with it. After calling them numerous times regarding getting the issue fixed via the warranty I was told I would get a phone call back and never did. This happened around 20 times I'd say.... Once actually getting the car booked in for repair (Witch was like pulling teeth) I was told Id have to drive it to their local garage where they got their repairs done. This was from a guy called Has automotive. He was useless to say the least. Not only did he turn up an hour late but was also just as hard to contact as A6 was... and after a while refused to answer my phone calls. I was told Id be contacted back to drop the car off for the repairs and never was. I had to wait three weeks to finally get the car booked in and once the car was with them I later found out that the parts hadn't even been ordered! After being pushed from person to person around the dealership I later got impatient and demanded my car back. They refused... I was told id be getting £1200 worth of repairs and all they did was buy a new headunit for £150 which they ordered last minute. Once picking the car up the issues was still there and nothing was fixed. ****AVOID THESE COWBOYS. SHAMBLE OF A DEALERSHIP WHO SELL DODGY CARS TO PEOPLE AND DONT SORT THE PROBLEM OUT****
Listen I will not recommend anybody to this dealer I bought my car cash for over 13k less then a week the car started making noise and disc was so worn I had to change It within a week of Purchasing the car 2 weeks on going to work gearbox fault traction reduced flash on the dashboard the car started to shack every time I put my foot to accelerate I panicked I just had to stop and restart the engine this happen twice within 2 weeks of buying the car I called back the dealer explaining what has just happen as the don’t care bcoz the got the money already and I’m stuck here worrying every time I’m walking Towards my car Today 7-8-20 my car stopped on the motorway with my kids with me I cried like a child I called them telling them what has just happen and they don’t care saying nothing the can do for me I should Just call recovery So much for to this
Worst garage ever, ran by a bunch of cowboys that feed you with positivity and then once you've handed over the cash they dont care about anything and will avoid all complaints. Sold me a car with many faults. Their partner garage they use in Luton is also ran by a bunch of cowboys that clearly haven't got a clue what they are doing as they cause more problems and dont even try and hide their work. Its blatant. Avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment and anger. If you still wish to buy a car here avoid Saf he is probably the worst one to scam you and tell you a pack of lies which are very believable.

A6 Motor Company are a joke, they sold me a dud Audi, faked service history & even though this was an harrowing experience to buy from these lot , I genuinely wouldn't recommend them to my enemies. All fake promises , Air conditioner not working within 48 hours of purchase & warning lights activated within a week. My local trusted garage told me how I was cheated, simply cannot believe, please stay clear.
The car was over 15 grand. And advertised as perfect. We drove there 128 miles. And what a different car. Windscreen at least 45 centimeter cracked. Dirty inside. The dealer tried all things to try and get the car sold as it was.. While we went for a test drive. Left my own car in there. On my way back home. Realised my car been damaged at the garage. Windscreen had crack. They done it. So can have cheaper value against their car. Please avoid. Please avoid A6 Motor Company.
