Terrible customer service, advert for the car was MISLEADING to say the least. We travelled 2 hours to see the car, it was absolutely NOT AS DESCRIBED. Had no service history, bodywork was described as good and as it turned out it was rather POOR. The car had a dent, rust problems, respray on the bonnet, massive crack in the windscreen and one of the headlights, mirror on passenger side was smashed. They didn't even bother cleaning the car which is quite funny actually as they have a car wash place right next to them!!! The "office" was absolutely filthy. DO NOT USE, YOU WILL GET CONNED!!!!

I traded my Mondeo Diesel for a Megane diesel in attempt to cut my running costs as I drive 45k miles a year for work as a self employed person. Despite the A6 Motor companies unusual looking offices, the person who I dealt with (bluey) was very helpful, attentive and even drove me to the post office on a saturday to help me obtain my road fund licence for my used Megane. I did my own Hpi check and there was nothing amiss with the Car. GOOD service .

Bought a car from this dealer turned out that the car has faulty abs and faulty brakes and is going to cost more than I paid for the car to fix it! Dealer won't return my calls or offer assisance in fixing the matter, don't buy a car from there!

Lots of issues after I full serviced the car bought, blocked my partners car in purposely, AWFUL service. Staff are sat around playing video games. Absolutely not worth your time and money, even if you think it is a good deal. Will end up paying more in the long run.

Selling faulty cars....One cracking windscreen....brand new mot...erm not sure how they got one. ...

Dealer not genuine. Sale faulty motors. Do not trust you will regret it and you will be left out of pocket.
