I bought island, driver discovery, 3 from this dealer and it was not fit for purpose and the dealer gave me a warranty that wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. I took collection of the vehicle on Sunday and on Monday the clutch pedal plate was broken and no reversing lights or reversing sensors worked , that is to do with an engine failure switch. I will need to spend a 1003.00 pound to get it road worthy and the dealer was abusive down the phone and want have anything to do with it . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. The vehicle was not fit for purpose.

I’m a retired person and decided to buy a low millage car off AA cars and the car turned out to be millage discrepancy and now I’m trying to get my money back, beware before you buy as they sell clockback cars

sold me a honda odyssey that had supposedly been mot,d in february. took the car for an inspection and it failed on ball joints and tie rod ends , exhaust leaks fumes in to the cabin area and no documents at all ? have contacted them but no reply. i have now reported them to ebay and awaiting their responce . DO NOT YOUSE THESE COWBOYS

After calling this guy to make sure the car was still available myself and the wife travelled 2 half hours the night before and stayed in a hotel so we could view the car around 9am the following morning which he said yea no problem give me a ring to get me up🤦(what a lazy fuck). When we woke up I txt him to say I'd be with him around 9ish but no reply,then sat in our car and rung him 7 or 8 times within 20 mins but no answer. As I needed to get back to South Wales by midday hence the reason we needed early viewing we left and started our way home. An hour and 10 mins later he txt me to say he'd be half an hour so told him don't bother and carried by on our way,so after spending money on a hotel and the wasted fuel I am to say the least pretty pissed off with this lazy prick and would strongly advise to give the clown a wide berth. After reading other reviews on him I think I've a lucky escape. Why is he still trading🤷

Attended to view one of the cars. The man who 'greeted' us was extremely rude and dismissive. All cars there are bags of knackers and have most likely got dodgy MOT's. Never thought it was possible to get catfishes by a car but on images looked nice, when we turned up the car was that rusty there was actually holes in it, the boot had been left open for months, the cills were rotten, the car was covered in bird shit and tree debris. Tyres were flat, breakers were seazed and the guy was only interested in flogging his shit motors. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This garage should NOT be allowed to trade cars. Unsafe cars that are not looked after, rude service. Would give it -stars but not possible. Shocking!

Complete and utter disgrace to the trade, would say they need to be shut down but they seem to dissolve many companies and reopen under a new name when things get a little hot. Do not buy a car from these unscrupulous people they are truly the worst kind of con man and quite possibly the rudest men I have ever had the displeasure of coming across.

Oh let's test drive it first issue ok I get in He starts driving He started bulshiting from the begining not knowing crap about the car he was driving he doesn't even know that the engine is AMG anyway moving on He asked me from you wanna drive .
