I purchased a car from AAA drivewise, they said there was a slight problem with the car and they would of delivered the car to me the following day, two weeks later no car, I asked for a refund of my money, I still have not received my money and it has been over a month, I paid for the car on the 16th of December 2015, it is now the 29th of January 2016 and I have still not received my money, now I have to take the matter further, maybe court. Avoid this company at all means.
This company has absolutely no customer service skills, I rung on numerous occasions in the space of a few days and also sent a number of emails in regards to cars i was interested in. I did not receive a response to a single one. I guess its a blessing in disguise because from the reviews I later went to read they are not a company one should do business with. If you require swift service I would not recommend AAA Drivewise Contracts to you.
After 6 months of begging, pleading and arguing to get niggling issues sorted on my car I finally did so at my own expense. Also, I paid for 12 months tax and they got 6 months, the invoice was clear that I paid for 12 months and I was promised by everyone I dealt with at AAA Drivewise Contracts, from Rob the MD to Adam... that the other 6 months car tax would be paid. It now looks like I will be paying for it myself and seeking legal advice to recover the costs in the new year.
I purchased a vehicle from AAA Drivewise Contracts Ltd in January 2015. The staff were great at the beginning when I was spending money but not so helpful when I arrived to collect the car. I travelled from Northern Ireland to collect the vehicle. There was no one there to meet me and when I eventually met a staff member I was shown the vehicle and drove it to find that there had been part worn tyres fitted making the car terrible to drive. A further junior member of staff arrived and upon significant arguments about the state of the tyres, I was asked to take the car to a tyre dealer in the back streets of Preston where I spent a further 2 hours arguing via telephone with the same junior staff member from Drivewise over the price of new tyres. When finally sorted I was promised that the second key for the vehicle and the V5 would follow swiftly in the post. Months later and lots of telephone calls and emails I eventually received the V5 but no key. Lots more emails and phone calls continually being told lies about the whereabouts of my spare key, I was eventually told that Drivewise didn't have the key but they would pay for a new one. Following a trip to my local dealer and the purchase of a new key, I sent the invoice to Drivewise who agreed to pay. Weeks later lots more telephone calls numerous emails and finally a letter advising that the matter was be referred to the Courts to recover the outstanding money, I eventually receive payment for the key. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, customer service is non existent and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid AAA Drivewise.

Absolutely awful customer service, I didn't realise that this company was so wealthy that they don't need to respond to emails. My husband and I contacted the company on two occasions for cars we were interested in and they did not respond. They are very unprofessional and I would never do business with them.
