Purchased a car from here 12/01/2023 since purchased the car I’ve had many problems with the car the staff are not helpful there rude and they don’t help they new they sold me a faulty car do not buy a car from here!!!!

We purchased car from them and very soon we started to have problems. After doing only 600 miles we had to replace the battery and had service light on the dash that the car has electrical issues. We tried to solve that problem with the dealer but all we had in reply was excuses We purchased proper recommended battery, but dealer claims they spoke with Peugeot and that we put wrong battery (we sent them invoice to proof that we put the right battery for this model). Unfortunately, that was only one of the problems with a car as we found out very soon. At the end we took the car to 3 garages and we also had an independant mechanic sent by finance company to do diagnostic to prove our rights and car has electrical issues for over £1000. Buying car from this company only caused us stress and problems instead of enjoying our car, not mentioning money we had to spent. After we left truthful feedback on google, I received email from the dealer that they will seek legal advice and they are accusing me for false statement. We have report from independent garage confirming everything and confirming that dealer is fully responsible for the repairs and yet they still refusing to do it. They keep blaming us that we broke the car and that we broke after sale procedure, because we changed the battery without their authorisation, but report states clearly that we couldn't cause these issues and the changing battery didn't damage the car and that the dealer is responsible for any repairs.

I bought a car from this dealer two weeks ago. After this the car developed a small problem but the dealer took the car back for inspection and repaired the issue quickly and free of charge. The procedure was very simple and the dealer was helpful.
Very helpful and they got my dream car on finance in very low rate highly recommend this place to buy cars from them
