Initially I was looking to buy from a main dealer but after sourcing the perfect VW I visited Abbey Motors Colchester. The customer service from start to finish was first class and as other reviewers have commented they weren't pushy which made them refreshingly easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them especially if you want them to source a particular make and model.

We found both Spencer and Steve to be extremely helpful. They weren't pushy salesmen and seemed really genuine. We bought a car from them for our 17 year old daughters birthday and it was her first car and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for her. After buying my Mini One from Abbey Motors Colchester I found that the salesmen was really helpful, he was called Andy I think. Ultra helpful and on the ball on the ball. If he wasnt calling me to let me know where we was with the progress then another salesmen would be in touch to keep me in the loop. To summarise this review I would say they are a very helpful car dealer who really are their to help you get the car you want. They even pushed things through quickly so i could get my car when i needed it. Thank you to everyone at Abbey Motors
