Great experience Got me Van on finance, The van was in excellent condition and had heated seats which is lovely in this weather and other places I tried could not get me finance as I got messed up during covid, But Richard got me a good rate and low deposit am happy van man

8 minutes agoNEW Terrible service rude staff. They really messed me up and sold me a new van that broke down after less the driving 100 miles 24 hours after buying a 16000 vehicle. Completely washed their hands of any liability. Very upsetting service do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off

Just purchased 4th van for our fleet always good tidy selection, hassle free only time had problem was usual ford AdBlue error which is under ford warranty, Ford could not look at for 6 weeks due to covid so they done same day for me that is great service top guys

Recommend these guys million %, Had been to 2 other van dealers one couldn't get me finance the other I needed big deposit and interest was high as i went late on mortgage during covid, Rang Access spoke to Richard who took my details had me accepted same day even said i could have no deposit when i had VAT, Excellent rate then made appointment to collect, had biggest collection of vans i seen all in excellent condition and all euro 6 which i needed, George showed me round choose a 2020 Custom at great price and drove away an hour later, even got me 5 days insurance free thanks for saving my bacon guys

I am very happy with my new Van. I was extremely grateful that they opened on Bank Hol when everyone else was closed. We found the whole operation was professional and very friendly and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble and we found the prices very competitive, in fact the best value we could find. The premises are very impressive with a huge selection and very well run and organised. Our thanks and appreciation to the whole team. We will not hesitate to re-purchase our next van from here and would highly recommend to all.

BOUGHT A 2ND HAND VAN FROM THESE GUYS, ASKED LOADS OF QUESTIONS BEFORE MAKING THE 80 MILE TRIP TO COLLECT. WHILST I REALIZE IT WAS AN OLD VAN I HAD BOUGHT AND DID NOT EXPECT MUCH IN THE WAY OF WARRANTY I DID EXPECT THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE £2000 OF REPAIR BILLS WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS!!! I WOULD ALSO EXPECT A COMPANY WHO HAVE BEEN TRADING FOR THIS LONG WOULD HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF BASIC CONSUMER RIGHTS INSTEAD THEY PREFER TO BURY THEIR HEAD IN THE SAND AND NOT FACE UP TO THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. WHEN THINGS GO WRONG THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR PEOPLE SKILLS *** LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION***

Financed a van from these guys, paid a deposit to SECURE the van, spoke to them on the phone that I will travel 250 miles for it. When I have arrived after a long drive, they have spent 30 minutes trying to find the van in the yard then realised that someone took it to be PAINTED!!!! And won’t be back until the following day!! They have lied to me that the van it’s in perfect condition and didn’t mentioned anything regarding needing to be sprayed despite the amount of times I have told them that I’m coming from Wales, 500 miles return trip. The most unprofessional dealer I have ever seen! Even rang them before leaving home to be sure everything is ok to get there 4 hours later finding no van. I would NOT recommend this dealer and I would avoid with all cost. What a waste of time and money that was...
