I've not long passed my test and picked up this Qashqai as my first car. It was a smooth transaction which made it very straightforward. He let me go view the car which I know a lot of dealers don't like, just to make sure I liked it before the lenders sent over the money. Full marks

I part exchanged my Vauxhall Adam which was perfect when I lived in London as parking there is a nightmare. But since moving up north 3 months ago I'm a lot closer to my daughter, she's only up the road with 2 children and needed a bigger car to ferry them about and fit the kids in. The staff and service was all very good, I can't criticize them all they are very polite and very helpful, just really good guys and nice as hell. I had a little problem with the one of the tyres which they said to come back and sort I didn't bother for the sake of one tyre and the fact its an hour away. They showed me all when I test drove the car, its an upgrade over my last car with a lot more on it. They are very knowledgeable at what they do, I'd give them a 5 all day long

My BMW is running decently there's a few little things like the cruise control not working and its driving a little sluggish but its a used car at the end of the day but I haven't bothered speaking to Ace Cars about it, the car's good. Especially over my previous car which was a very cheap Astra, it was on its last legs and it gave out after braking down on me, at the end of the day an Astra to a BMW is always a good trade. I collected the car as I needed to test drive it and it was quite a distance from me. I'm pretty sure I dealt with the manager when I got there but I cant remember his name, he was friendly, courteous enough and showed me how everything worked on the test drive, his service was all good.

The Tiguan I got from Ace Cars is running pretty well, all the staff were friendly and the service they provided was all good. I financed my car which they sorted out quickly. If I had to rate the overall experience id give them a 7 out of 10 or a 3 out of 5. The only downfall was a little bit of a poor part exchange price for my car, but this was my first time using Ace Cars and it wouldn't stop me recommending them or returning myself in the future.

I collected the my Audi A3 from the garage and on collection it was presented perfectly! Also to add the sales team at Ace are lovely!

They were lovely at Ace Cars, the car is lovely and everything is tickety-boo so far. I cannot quite remember where I found the car initially, think it could have been Autotrader, but it looked like a reasonable price for the mileage, so went to see the car and it was good value for money. I kept my old C3 a little longer than I should have because I loved it that much, so when I saw this model with a bigger engine and body it was a perfect upgrade for me.

I was happy with the initial customer service, the process was easy it went pretty quick and the staff were helpful with finding fiance and things of that sort for me. I aqm rating my overall experience a 4/5 as there was some issues after the sale and I think that it took a lot of unnecessary effort and time to get it all sorted. Everything is fine now, but some better organisation would have made the whole thing a lot smoother.

I am very happy with my new MG. So far it has been good. The customer service was quick, there was no pressure on the sale. The staff were helpful and made sure the car was cleaned for me. I had a positive experience with Ace Cars.
