I came across Ace Cars when I was specifically looking for the Peugeot 3008 on Auto Trader. The customer service was okay, and I would potentially return to them in the future if they had the car I was looking for.

I have been really enjoying the Range Rover we purchased from Ace Cars. It is actually our second time buying from them, as my boyfriend previously purchased a car as well. Both times, the experience has been good.

On the day of the purchase, we were on our way to a different dealership when we came across the Hyundai Ionic online and decided to visit Ace Cars. What made me buy the car was how nice and honest the team at Ace Cars were.

Absolutely no problems at all. We took the car back due to an issue with the window wiper, and they were eager to help and fixed it straight away. We also had an issue with the tax on the day of purchase, and they were so helpful and patient. They got it taxed for us, which we were really grateful for. We are very pleased with the car and are very happy customers.

Very professional service

I would award a 4 - the customer service was really good, unfortunately we did have to wait a long time to take our vehicle home, but that was also because of the car finance team taking time, which contributed to the long wait, but overall Ace cars were really good and we've not had any problems with our car, alhamdulillah

So far, so good. When I went to view the car, they were busy with a lot of customers. However, I was attended to as quickly as possible and didn’t feel like I was waiting around. The car was valeted for me. I had been waiting to leave a review because I wanted to make sure nothing went wrong with the vehicle, and I have to say there are no faults. The vehicle is perfect.

Welcoming dealership. I turned up not too far from closing time and they still made time for me. I didn’t feel rushed into a sale or that they were impatient because I arrived later in the day. Everyone was very accommodating and the whole place was lovely and clean. I am still waiting for my warranty documentation, however I believe this will be sorted soon and it was still a very relaxing process and I am pleased.

Very pleased with my vehicle. I use it every day and it runs like a dream with no issues at all. I did have an initial issue, but the staff member who was helping me got it fixed and sorted right away without any hassle. Some of the best customer service I have come across. I am very happy with both my choice of car and dealership.

I got the car delivered and was really pleased with the service from start to finish. The car arrived in the condition I expected, with no hidden marks or anything of that sort. The delivery was on time, so I wasn’t left waiting around. Communication between me and the dealership was always clear. It was a very smooth and straightforward experience.
