Van bought with 'new MOT' and 'recently serviced' After having it inspected by another garage it turns out it had dangerous defects which needed to be rectified immediately. Clearly MOT's weren't carried out properly or competently. Also apparently hadn't seen a service in years so that's a lie as well. Take your money elsewhere.

Went to view a van I'd seen on the Internet. Admittedly it was an ad hoc call as we were passing. Asked to view a van in the showroom and was then subjected to a barrage of questions about whether I could afford it... would I be looking at finance... or was I just there to talk vans. Then proceeded to tell me that VAT would be added about four times in a row. At this point he'd already managed to convince me not to bother with them if this was his opening gambit. Looking at other reviews I'm almost glad he was such an arrogant @#$! The irony is that the van I was looking at... I could have driven away that day and paid in full. The van wasn't in a very presentable condition considering they had it in the showroom. Green lichen and generally just badly prepped. It was overpriced as well. There's only one thing to say. If it's a choice between only buying a van off them or buying a horse and cart for getting stuff around.... buy some hay.

Arranged Tuesday to visit Saturday to view a van we aimed to bring home that day. Messaged the garage And agreed to visit. Travelled for hour and half to get to the garage, when arrived the salesman was sat on a chair out the front drinking tea and made no effort to help. We asked to see the van we had made appointment to view only to be told I’ve sent it to the garage and might not be back till 3:30 u know what these garages are like, told to go into Lincoln till About 3:30 and then come back knowing that he would be closed when we did. He made no attempt to sell us anything else even though we showed interest in the more expensive vans inside he didn’t even stand up to talk to us. I went to view a £5k van And as I got no help at all I took i went straight to another garage and purchased a van for £11,000 I guess sales are not important to this garage very disappointed would never visit again , waste of 3 hours round trip waste of time visiting this garage. Poor poor service

Came a fair old way to buy a van. was told by the nice chap that Adam Sendall Car Sales do not accept credit cards. despite the advert for several vans In stock on ebay saying they did.. I came to buy and sadly had to go somewhere else. if you are planning to buy on a credit card they don't accept them! Be warned!
