I’ve been using the car most days, just travelling out and about, and everything seems to be running fine with no issues at all. The service from Simon was equally as good. I’d say perfect service, to be honest. No complaints at all. The car was fully valeted for me, and I even took it home the same day I went to see it. Very quick turnaround and great communication.

I couldn't be happier. This is the first time I’ve had a car in a long time, and honestly, it has given me my freedom back. I am so thrilled. My son helped me pick it out online, and we went to collect it in person. Harley was so lovely. He was honestly brilliant, so sweet and kind. He walked me to the car after we had done the paperwork and even helped me with which direction I needed to go. It was such a nice feeling driving the car all the way home. I didn’t stall once, haha. It is just the ideal car for me. I don’t drive too far, so it’s perfect for the journeys I do take. Harley told me that if I ever have any problems, I can give him a ring. He was really caring and looked after me. I would highly recommend this company and getting yourself a car. Best feeling ever.

Absolutely spot on. I could not be happier with my vehicle. It was recalled, but I have to say the customer service was absolutely brilliant. Every time I called, they either answered straight away or called me back within minutes and always kept me informed. I was never left out of the loop, which I really appreciated. With a vehicle that has done just about 125,000 miles, I understand that some issues are bound to come up, but everything is now going well with no further problems. The customer service from the whole team was just great. I never lost confidence in the dealership, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that genuinely looks after their customers.

I did have a small issue with the vehicle, so I called up, and the same day the car was collected and taken in. They were more than happy to sort it out for me, which was really appreciated, there was no drama about it at all. I actually had the car back within a day. I haven’t had any issues since. My daughter recently got a vehicle from here. I went with her initially to the dealership to view the car, and she was pleased with it. There weren’t any issues or anything we were concerned about. She hasn’t mentioned any issues, and from what I saw during my visit, the service from the staff was pleasant. No complaints from any of us.

I am enjoying my new Fiat 500. I dealt with Norbert, who was very helpful and answered any questions I had. It was the first time I had been to this dealership, and I am really impressed. It was such a lovely experience, everything was ready for me, and I was never left waiting around. I am very pleased.

I have used these guys before and I was happy with the service, so I went back again. Each time I have noticed they are never pushy with sales or messing you about. They are there to actually provide a great customer experience. It was all a really quick process, which I like. I never feel like the team is ungenuine. They are just a really good group of people. The car itself does have a slow puncture, but I am aware these things happen and I can't fault the dealership for that. They made sure the car was valeted and prepared for me, and I would definitely return for a third time in the future.

4 - the sales side of things everything was seamless, helpful and accommodating. Only marked down one due to car handed over with wrong seatbelts buckle fitted which should have been picked up as a MOT Fail but wasn't checked. Thank you
