I went to view the car on Tuesday, was pleased with it, and came back the following week to collect it. It was all ready for me when I arrived. Everything was very straightforward with no messing about or delays. Simon was helpful and polite throughout the whole process and is a credit to the team.

Overall, it was a quick process. I called about the car on a Monday, viewed it on Tuesday, and picked it up to take home on Saturday. I ended up dealing with a few members of staff, and they were all really helpful and proactive throughout the sale. The communication was always there, I didn’t have to wait for information or for my questions to be answered. Everything with the vehicle seems to be running well so far, and I hope it continues that way, which I am hopeful it will.
