Do not buy a car from these fake liars. Advert said full service history.when I looked at car apparently the documents where destroyed in a fire. They told me the car would have a full inspection and a full service anything faulty would be replaced before I give them 4000 I was fed a pack of lie's. On way home front suspension knocking no rubbers on wiper blades and low coolant level. I brought new wipers and topped up coolant. Took car back told it needed engine mounting.so much for there full inspection and service lied to again. Said they would fix call Me when they have part no phone calls from them they lost my number lied again. Spent 3 hours in cold waiting for them to fix car Told me they have wrong part call me when parts arrive two weeks later no phone call.everytime I call them they ignore me. They have robbed me of 4000 for a pile of shit that I can only drive in the daytime as when you have the lights and heater on the engine wants to cut out. offered me 50 for my part x which I sold for 400 next day wish I should of kept it now. Rogue Traders like thse lie's shouldn't be allowed to get away with stealing people s money.

I purchased a 2011 vehicle from AGB Cars in Nov.17, with circa 80k miles on the clock, I paid £6,000 cash. I was told the car would “last me a long time”. The car is now dead, just over a year later, due to a big end bearing failure! After collecting the vehicle, the brake discs required replacement, the EGR valve also required replacement, costing an additional £1,000, and has had an oil leak and low oil pressure since collecting the vehicle. The car is now dead and requires a new engine!!!!!!!! I’ve written a letter to AGB Cars referring to the Consumer Rights Act, but haven't even received a response.

Car was clocked,dangerous and had a dodgy MOT on, no refund given, had to get Trading standards involved this is still ongoing 5 months later, no return calls, dont put anyone you love in one of the cars at AGB Cars, trust me.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brought a Astra from AGB Cars, was initially lied to about the MOT being booked in next morning, i had to chase the car all day, took the day off work, the car got delivered at 6pm, then noticed 4 days later there was an oil leak, I paid additional £50 to get it checked over by a dealership which showed their MOT was dodgy, I took back the car the man who owns the dealership (claims he doesnt) hid and was no where to be seen, 7 days later still no refund, had to go back a FRAUDULENT Cheque was written out which bounced, Now im having to go via legal measures as 3 weeks later, still no refund!! or a courtesy call - they are liars, untrustworthy dealership AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! they have no professionalism, they ignore ALL YOUR CALLS and sometimes dont even show up to their own office, Advice for others - dont be fooled by what you see online!! They don't even have that many cars on their industrial estate

Brought a car, when paying for it was told it was booked for next day MOT, (it wasnt) they have it all in house, was told they took it to a local garage, I had to get the car checked over as there was still a fault with it, went back to return the car, the owner, person who sold me the car, who claims not to be the owner ran off so he didnt have to deal with me, was then told 7-10 days, still waiting for my refund, told they have a "refund policy" - none of which is stated on their site! - Stay clear of AGB Cars to avoid hassle!

Impressed with the selection of cars AGB Cars have and decent prices compared to other dealers around Dartford area. proper discount given by sales manager and got myself a bmw with free aa waranty.

Spotted this lovely audi a5 on the AGB Cars website and went in to test drive it and applied for finance - been approved there and then and within the hour I drove off in the a5.

I went 200 miles to view the skoda superb that was for sale at agb cars and i did not spend there even 10 minutes. The car was full of scratches and dents which was not shown on photos, flat tyres and it did not want to start but the engin was hot. After a jump strart when it finnally start the car shake so badlly with engine warning lights on dashboard. It's a first time i view such a bad car. And I phone twice to check is there car in good condition as I travel long way. Very disappointed. Very dishonest dealer. Keep away from them!
