I've seen some bad reviews on here, but all I can say is, they were very helpful to us. We had problems with a document,(not their fault) They went out of their to sort it, and we happily drove away in our "new car" So thanks guys!

Avoid at all costs. Cowboys is one word for them for sure ! Please see other reviews! My husband Bought a van from this garage. The ignition key and barrel was faulty PlUS the central locking! My husband was told that it needed a spare key and it would work! However, the key was in an underground safe (or so he was told!) my husband has made numerous calls and messages to this company without reply!! This will cost £980 to fix!! Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid !!

Editing my review as when I bought the car it had very dark tinted windows on the back, Paul said it comes off easy and said he would sort it no problem. Just found out that when they ripped the tints off they ripped the elements for heated rear screen and antenna on two quarter lights. Been on the phone to them and basically said I am unlucky!!!! And nothing they can do! I wouldn't buy another car off these again ever. Why they need to stick very dark tints on every car is behond me. I wasn't told it would distroy elements in windows.

advise not to buy anything. I bought a car that cost me 10,000 pounds that after a very short time it just gave me problems 1 had to put a new battery 2 parking sensors don't work 3 rear camera doesn't work and now I spent 630 pounds to fit a complete exhaust pipe because it was completely rotten so rotten that it fell completely be careful you are a swindler

I purchased a car here after seeing it on their website. Chris handled the sale from start to finish. Was so reassuring as i had a terrible experience buying private which resulted in me loosing money and leaving me with driving anxiety due to the car being faulty. Chris reassured me throughout and i have now a 12 month warranty - so no mechanical worries! The garage is RAC approved so it does give you that reassurance. Great deal on the car i got. Was so easy. Wish i would have come here first. Would recommend and will be coming back in the future. Why go anywhere when you have everything in one here. Thank you, i'm made up. Xx

I bought a car last year from AintreeGarages, unfortunately with tears in my eyes I had to sell my lovely Samax this year because I did not use too much. I am very grateful to Barry, Mark and others help. AintreeGarage is like a higher ‘shelf’and I recommend it to everyone. They offer warranty and post warranty service. I realised that when you buy , you could overpay a bit, but when you sell, you get a good price in return. Payment for the car on the same day. I hope to use their services again in the future. I contacted Aintree Garages about a car they had for sale. Initially they appeared interested in selling me the car, until I started to ask for further information (ie. service history, further detailed photo's etc). I received no reply, so persisted in asking for this information. Still no reply, which makes me wonder what are they hiding? Just be honest. Also, the vehicles on their website appear to be stock images rather than the images of the actual vehicle for sale (spec in photos differs to the spec in the description). Overall very disappointed and a little annoyed.
