After purchasing a converted VW Transporter from Alan Kerr Ltd. 6 months ago, I have been back with multiple issues no less than 9 times in just 6 months. With the first big issue occurring just two days after picking up the vehicle. Right from the start I went through 3 different salesmen just to get the purchase through due to complete incompetence and a severe lack of customer care. I recieved the van with a new MOT, a supposed service and a 12 month warranty, also a safety checklist that had all been ticked off as safe, only to discover shortly after that it was all lies. The "leisure battery" that was in the van not only had no battery cover and the terminals had been taped up with duct tape, the battery of course failed completely and was replaced under warranty however the technician stated that battery should have never been in there in the first place and that it obviously hadn't been checked. The entire electrical system was also faulty and had to be stripped and re-wired which again makes it very clear that there were absolutely no checks carried out before the sale of the vehicle. During this entire fiasco I had to constantly chase things up with the dealership after constantly being promised a call back, it never once happened, nearly every single time I had to go to the dealership in person just to be able to speak to anyone. I'm still stuck with the vehicle (still riddled with issues) as they are now refusing my rejection of the van and are now forcing me to take it down a legal route. I would not recommend this criminal firm to my worst enemy.

After finding problems with our trade in van the sales team, workshop staff talked us through what had happened to Our van. We thought it was the end of the deal. After some Frank and honest discussions We came to a deal and drove away in our new motorhome. Many thanks to them all. First class.

Just received our Globecar scout from Jason. Good at his job answering questions and good on information regarding the vehicle. Alls well Thanks Jason

Still being prepped and not ready after 2 months of waiting. Several issues including fridge not working. Vehicle returned for fixing and had to return again with same problems. Some resolved. Had to return 4 times in total more time with them than us over the summer. We used for a weekend when water started leaking in the roof, contacted to reject the vehicle at this point as nothing but problems. Owner very rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. Refused to accept the vehicle back so we are having to take it further. Very poor customer care and service. Not interested once they have taken payment.

Quick to sell your vehicle but aftercare is shocking and no one ever calls back! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

WARNING do NOT buy a vehicle from this shower. We bought a T5 from them come to find out it had no service carried out before delivery the new MOT they put on it was fake it should not have passed as we had an independent VW Specialist go over the van. The cambelt was not done as promised all in all a right shambles. Don’t bother to pay for the extra warranty as the after sales is a joke. They don’t reply to emails or answer the phone. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Only wish I’d read the other reviews wouldn’t of went anywhere near them.

Looked seriously to purchase a mobile home from this dealer. Applied for finance and was cleared immediatly. Great! 60% deposit and the rest on finance which this dealer gets a good comission. Only on further inspection, the vans service history didnt stack up. Nor did the mot history.(check the gov web site) When this was all pointed out to this dealer; the price of purchase we agreed went up by £995.00 In all my years of buying cars motor cycles and motor homes from dealers up and down the country, I have never come across a more unprofessional company!! I think I had a very lucky escape with this dealer! Read their feedback. Mostly very poor. If this is the service they give before purchasing, I dread to think what their service is like after sales is like. Although, just read their reviews to see.! Apparently, extremely very poor after sales service in fact, no after sales service at all!!!! BE WARNED!!! BUY ELSEWHERE FROM A DECENT DEALER!
