Having searched for a volvo v50 on numerous internet sites for several days I by chance saw an advert from Alan Tully . This was the best thing to happen as my search was over. Not only was the car ideal for me when I phoned Alan he was very helpful and his description of the car very accurate. Unlike so many car dealers who are only after a quick sale and who care little about customer satisfaction Alan was extremely helpful he came across from the outset as a very genuine and decent man. There was no high pressure sales pitch , his cars are quality and they really do speak for themselves. I have have been driving for over 40 years and this was only the second time I have found a truly honest dealer. Having spoke to Alan and listened carefully to his detailed answers I decided to purchase the car. I traveled from Glasgow down to Nottingham where he picked me up from the station and I had a test drive of the car. He put me at ease from the start and the car was as described , it was beautiful in first class condition both in bodywork and mechanically. He had it mot'ed at an independent centre that morning. 2 weeks on and the car still puts a smile on my face every time I go into it. When the time comes to buy another car the first place I will look is Alan Tully. If only every dealer was this good !

We bought our new car from these guys this week and I've got to say what a fantastic service we received! Alan and Joe are really nice genuine guys and made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived, not one bit pretentious or pushy as many can be just really friendly and hospitable which is what you want. Just recently bought a gorgeous Clio 197 cup edition from Allan Tully cars. What can I say. Absolutely fantastic experience start to finish. When we went to view the car we were left alone to browse. And take as long as we needed. Permitted to go on a test drive alone with out having a sales man coming along. All staff were hepfull but not pushy at all. Just the way it should be. Joe Tully was amazing. Unfortunately the car I bought broke down on the journey home (just one of those things. Nothing to do with the garage). Joe offered to collect the car on a Sunday. Take it back, repair it free of charge and deliver it back the following day to my home address. What more could you ask for. Over all a fantastic garage. I'd recommend them to anyone. Can't praise them enough. THANKS GUYS.

Found all staff to be friendly and helpful with no sales pressure - purchased a jeep Cherokee which developed minor fault - car returned and fault dealt with efficiently - curtesy car supplied - would deal with Alan Tully cars again.

They were selling a specific car I had been searching for and said I would not be disappointed, so made a quick decision paid the deposit and took a chance travelling 125 miles from Gloucester to Nottingham to buy this car from Alan Tully cars, no pressure sale and was allowed plenty of time to fully inspect and test drive it, the decision was easy, was offered a good part exchange allowance on my old car, so bought it and no regrets, wow the car is superb, sales and aftersales great and would recommend to anyone.
