From start to finish my experience with Alan Tully cars (especially Joe) was effortless! I saw a car that came up on auto trader and was informed it had a lot of interest, however Joe stated that he would take the car of sale whilst I travelled to view the car. Although, I couldn’t test drive it on the first day, I felt comfortable enough to put a small deposit down to secure the vehicle (refundable too). Joe was very friendly and informed of everything that I needed to know and put my mind at ease. I put down a deposit and returned the following week. The car was given a full new MOT (all work was completed totally to just over £400). I test drove the car and of course fell in love. The whole process was super effortless and as a lady felt comfortable. They definitely care about their customers and only want the best for them. I would recommend to my friends and family! If I’m honest it was the other reviews which made me want to buy a car from Alan Tully!

Outstanding service Just bought a car from Alan Tully Cars and I’ve got to say that the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Very relaxed but still very professional service. None of this usual hard selling you get from car salesmen where you feel forced into making decisions. Genuinely the best car buying experience I’ve had. The car was provided with fresh MOT, full service, car washed and half a tank of fuel + 3 months full warranty. I can’t recommend Alan Tully Cars highly enough.
