Brought a car off this dealer within 4 weeks was leaking oil he had his machanics replace head gaskets ( notts auto services) 6 and half month later took car to my machinic for a service and he informed me that the head gasket was leaking oil got in touch with Alan tully and notts auto services neither were interested. It cost me £475.00 to put it right so avoid this seller and notts auto services as they did not do a proper job

I came across Alan Tully Cars via Auto Trader. I then paid them a visit and met Alan and Joe for the first time. They were very friendly and professional in all aspects of my dealings with them. The car was a good runner and all questions were answered in an honest manner. There were one or two minor issues with the car which they undertook to rectify prior to collection. I did put them on a very tight delivery time frame and they came through with flying colours. Whenever I've had a question eg regarding car sound they have all been extremely helpful. I will recommend them without hesitation and I hope to be a repeat customer in the near future. To me, they embody a family owned and run business.

I've never bought a car from a dealership before, always gone private. But I came across Alan via a friend and I've never come across such a genuine, trustworthy dealer. He knew my budget and wanted to get me the best car for my money, not just sell me anything and most certainly didn't try to up sell me anything. In fact, I ended up up selling myself as I trusted the guy and I wasn't being pushed into anything. I normally avoid sales ppl at all costs because I cannot stand pushy sales techniques. I like to have a choice and this is exactly what Alan gave me whilst advising me the good from the bad. He was more concerned in me going away with a car that would be good for me and not sale sale sale. There was also no rush, he was there to help me when ever I was ready. So since my experience of buying from this particular dealer, I can't imagine that I will buy a car any where else ever again! His son and staff were also very lovely, welcoming and helpful. The whole experience has been great from start to finish and I now have an amazing little Rav 4 that suits me perfectly. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone, even is he hasn't got the car you're looking for initially, be patient and he will find the one for you!
