Having scanned auto trader for many weeks I finally came across a perfect car. I contact Alan who quickly obliged a viewing. The car was in great condition and low mileage and exactly as described, but the wheels needed a little attention. As it happened the car was already in with the wheel refurbishment team - so you can imagine that they looked fantastic when I picked the car up. During a test drive I noticed that there was an electrical fault with two of the window switches (worked at each door but not driver side), but yet again that was no trouble and Alan and his team had it all sorted when I came to pickup as promised. Alan, Anthony and Joe were all extremely helpful. Very friendly, very relaxed. No hard sell. Their main focus was that of keeping customers happy. I saw that first hand with other prospective customers during my own visits. Having looked around their showroom, I was surprised at the great selection of quality, exceptional priced cars. Shame my own circumstances didn't allow me to get a 2 seater as they had some beauties. I will definitely return to Alan for other cars in the future without question and would have no hesitation recommending to friends and family. Bought an 05 Chrysler Crossfire from Alan, the car was exactly as described on-line, my wife and I found Alan very honest and straightforward, and the whole buying process was enjoyable, Alan even sorted out taxing the vehicle so i could drive it home legally, this was our first visit to Allan Tully Cars but i would definitely use them again.

Kept his word, sorted minor problems with the car as agreed. Happy with both the car and level of service. I'd go there again (but hopefully not for a while!)

i baught an astra 56 plate1.9 cdti sri sports hatch 3 door on monday21st of march the people are honest not many traders like this a few small problems with the car had to be soted before i pick it up on friday april the 1st but not a problem for alan he said to me these would be sorted what a good team of people gary smith loughborough need more traders like this

i part exchanged my previous car for a fair price with alan and joe for a a3 sportback. they were pleasant , efficient and easy to deal with . i had a small issue with the cd player which was replaced with a identical unit with no problem whatsoever. would have no problem purchasing another car from them . highly recomended

The best second hand car dealers I've ever delt with they are honest for a start and make buying easy I viewed the car on Monday gave them my deposit and private reg documents and they did it all and was ready for me on Friday . Not knowing this car sale I had the car booked in to my local garage to check my new purchase and they said it was everything Alan and Joe said it was so I can not recommend Alan Tully cars highly enough, so thank you Alan and Joe for my new car.

I brought a Landrover Freelander from Alan Tully Cars at the beginning of the year and I was really impressed with the service I received. I felt they were really helpful but didn't pressure me in the way I feel that other car sellers do. After viewing and checking the car over we detected a fault and Alan Tully Cars arranged for the repairs to be made at their own expense. I'm still really happy with my car and would definitely go back to Alan Tully Cars if I wanted to buy another car in the future.
