Buying a car is always a bit of a scary period. With so many dodgy dealers out there, it really is great to find a truly great car dealer and that's what Alan Tully cars is! I purchased a Jaguar F-Type, and travelled down from Manchester to get the car. Harry and Joe met me at the garage and gave some great service, so I purchased the car. I actually had an issue with the back box of the car, and to my surprise Alan Tully cars paid for the repair even after I had paid and taken the car. I have never experienced this level of service from a main dealer or used car company before. Nothing was too much hassle for them, and they wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan Tully cars and will be certainly going back when I next look to purchase a new car.

I would like to recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a used car. Joe and the guys at the dealership were helpful without being pushy. Very happy to answer questions. The after-sales care is second to none. I had a problem occur in the auto's warranty period. Joe had it repaired without any hesitation, and lent me a very nice little Audi whilst mine was in the shop. I have recommended to family and friends, and when i need to change car, then Alan Tullys' will be my first stop.

Alan Tully Cars is a fantastic dealer all round. I part exchanged my previous Range Rover, and upgraded to a newer model. The service from Joe and his team could not have been better. The price given in part exchange was fair and the work we agreed on the new vehicle was done on time and as promised. I had a minor issue with the vehicle 2 months after purchase, and Joe again couldn't have been more helpful in resolving this with me and reimbursing me promptly for repairs at a local garage. This really makes a change from experiences I've had buying from other garages in the past, and shows the superb customer service of Alan Tully Cars. All Vehicles are prepared to an extremely high standard, and displayed in a clean, tidy indoor showroom. The lack of pressure sales tactics also made for an extremely pleasant visit. Thank you again for the superb buying experience, and I look forward to visiting again when I come to change my vehicle next time.

All the staff we spoke to were helpful , polite and put us at our ease . The paperwork was completed in record time ..and a decent cuppa while we waited .. No pushy sales tactics or breathing down your neck , a fantastic selection of pristine cars . . We had arranged to view a certain vehicle over the telephone and had a two hour drive to Nottingham ..On arrival all the information had been passed on and the Freelander was already serviced and waiting for us to test drive ...we would definitely recommend to anyone . Brought my X5 from Alan Tully Cars and had Excellent service through out. No pressure to buy lets you take car on test drive by your self and gives you a fair trade in price. After care service great as well on warranty. Had a problem with car rung up Alan who said get it to my local garage for repair. Was quite a big bill once car had been fixed but Alan covered the full cost of repair under his Dealer warranty. Would highly recommend buying a car from Alan Tully Motors. He has some lovely cars and the after care service is 10 out of 10. You will not find another dealer in used cars as good as this.
