Drove all the way after ringing up asking to test drive a car which they were polite on the phone and said no issues to only arrive at the agreed time to be told somebody else was test driving it and they’d have priority if they chose to buy it but I’d still be allowed to test drive it even if they chose to slightly annoying but not bad as they said they’d then get something similar a week or so later .We then sit and wait to then be told they have chose to buy and suddenly I can’t test drive it waste of time definitely won’t ever consider buying a car from here

Bought vauxhall insignia after an awful experience with drive vauxhall darlington who I would avoid like the plague. Arrived to be greeted by Kevin and what a lovely man. No pressure to buy. Purchased the car only had it 5 days and clutch failed they collected it at my convenience fitted a new clutch and returned it with no questions asked, hassle free, professional, reliable no quibble garage. Superb and I can't thank them enough. Will return in future to purchase again it's a no brainer for me. Thankyou keep up the good work sterling job

We bought a 2018 Nisan Juke Alex Scott, Cramlington. This was the second car we had bought from there and each time the buying experience has been first class. We had a minor problem with the Juke when the lock on the boot jammed. We took the car back and they had the problem sorted out within a few minutes. I can fully recommend them if you are looking for a good reliable used car.
Kevin was so helpful went out his way to get a good deal been a few years from when I got the last at would get the next one off Alex scott again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new car COVID-19 safe as well

Bought a car from these typical used car salesman. As soon as Alex Scott Car Sales in Cramlington have your money, that’s it ! Zero After sales whatsoever and they’re just after your cash ! Gave them months to source another car and didn’t even receive a courtesy call. You cut my losses in the end and went elsewhere. Sold a dodgy car from day one and was never corrected. Garage just kept saying nothing was wrong despite video footage! Kevin is an absolute joke.
