Stay well away from this company and the owner Hamza. They sold me a car with a problem, which wasn't made aware to me at the time. Had 3 mechanics confirm that they would have known about the issue when selling me the car, due to the nature of the issue. Contacted them, Hamza said they would pay for the part replacement and labour (roughly 90% of what I had to pay for it all). Upon work completion, they ignored me to the point of me taking them to small claims court. Only then, did they pay what they initially promised (over 1.5 years later). Dishonest. A disgrace to the business. Do not waste your money or your time with this business. Shame on you, Hamza.

CAR IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AS DESCRIBED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT. RECEIVED 6 MONTHS FREE WARRANTY WITH MY CAR NORMALLY DEALER DO 3 MONRHS. NEW DISCS AND PADS REPLACED BEFORE DELIVERING THE CAR TO MY HOUSE. REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM ALLIANCE CARS.

I was to buy a car from this company, who have now moved to Windlesham. Paid a £200 deposit. Went to view and test drive the car. Didn't like the car, so I decided not to proceed. They have refused to refund my £200 deposit after 3 weeks. Have xalked numerous times with no response from them. Also contacted them by email and What's app and had no response at all. They are a SCAM ! Condition of the car was very poor and there was no obligation to but. DONT PATRONISE THESE THIEVES ! REFUND MY MONEY !

Claim to pre inspect and deliver road worthy cars. Less than 500 miles driven and engine management light is on. Contacted them with the engine diagnostic test results. Which they told me to clear and when I wouldn't told me to go through the warranty company. Did so and was told it needs a catalytic converter which is noz covered under the warranty. Informed that it had also been tampered with so manufacturers warranty is void. Alliance won't answer calls, texts or emails since seeing diagnostic results. Absolute frauds and disgrace
