Recently purchased a 2nd hand Kia Soul from alpha cars and after a few days called them to report a few things that needed repairing . From the onset I had nothing but unreliable information from them ., lie upon lie about what was happening with the car no updates as promised and I had to repeatedly call them to find out what was happening with the vehicle. As my patience began wearing thin I demanded the car to be returned with all jobs completed. It was returned after 4 and a half weeks but to my dismay not all jobs were completed and I refuse to take it back even with the three month warranty. Lovely car but I’d rather pay to get these things repaired at a reliable garage than take it back to these monkeys. Stay clear is my advice !

Above and beyond service from Michael and the team. I have bought a few cars over many years, this was the best service I've received. I live in Scotland and Michael arranged a viewing for me at my front door. I purchased the car the following day and it was delivered to my front door in perfect condition. MAJIC great company great team. Don't hesitate to buy from them....you are genuinely looked after. I love my Evoque.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Good with info when trying to sell you something buy terrible at delivering.. Got a car on finance back at start of 2022 and was told EVERYTHING was fully working.. So went ahead had to wait a couple.of daya to actually get the car but once i did i noticed one of the cigarette lighters didnt work.. so went back and asked if they could have alook, after 3rd time asking the mechanic came out and "checked" and cpuld find the reason behind it and assumed it may be a specialised thing and they were currently talking to someone to do this sort of work.. 2 weeks pass and still nothing and everytime I brought up the issue i was shrugged off and they got prickly.. so after after extended time on 30/05/2022 i went to a nissan specialised to get it assessed paying nearly £90 and it ended up being just a simple blown fuse.. I raised this with the finance company but alpha cars just told them they actually advised me to go to a specialised, which they DID NOT!! BUYERS BEWARE

Thought my car had developed an Electrical Fault following short Trip. Excellent Service yet again. Car collected and contacted today by Neil who found the fault lay not with the car but the Black Box Unit supplied by Admiral. Car was only away a day and returned today. Very courteous young man with a smile included and handed keys again. Thanks again Alpha you never fail to amaze me. Phil

Purchased vehicle and professional delivery that’s where it ended. Car had fresh MOT however vehicle had vibrations at speed developed an issue that related to power loss of the motorways after less than 300 miles. Contacted dealership who didn’t really appear to care. Said they would look into nothing ever back. Cosmetically care ok, mechanically poor.- you but they forget you.. Avoid - now I’ve got a lemon to live with or sell with a family afraid to travel in it. Regretful purchase.
