I bought a car from A and N performance cars Liverpool in June 2025. Following a noisy drive home I contacted Nino to say that I wasn't sure whether the car was as described. I was ignored. I then had the car checked over and was told by a BMW specialist that the timing chain was stretched and would almost certainly snap very soon. The specialist also said that A and N would most certainly have known about the fault. As it was only a few days after I purchased the car, I asked for a refund or some financial help towards the repair as trading standards suggested. I was ignored again. I then took the decision to get in touch with Citizens advice who suggested I contact the Small claims court-I won the case. A and N again ignored the ruling. I then took them to County court and won the case. Still no response from A and N. I am now awaiting bailiffs to take goods to the value of. A and N are aware of this and are still ignoring the rulings. I have texted Nino(Director of A and N) and she has denied she works for A and N and cannot comment on the above. I have now reported her for denying that she is a Director so hopefully she will feel the full force of the law as denying directorship is a criminal offence and carries a hefty fine and possible imprisonment. Purchased a vehicle. Took it on a short test drive there was no issues. The car was delivered that evening, the day after purchase there was nothing but issues since then. Went back to the garage on multiple occasions to get this resolved. However no work was done on the vehicle just fault codes cleared. Due to the multiple issues on the vehicle i decided to give the vehicle back for a full refund. The day we agreed to return the vehicle we was stuck in traffic by a matter of minutes however they closed the garage and ignored every text message and phonecall. We then returned at a later date we was advised someone would be able to accept the car back and refund the funds that was paid for the vehicle. But we was advised via the person at the garage "oh hes on holiday the owner and wont be back for 1 week" So the refund could not be processed as they couldnt give us the details in order to fill in the v5 the bloke who collected the vehicle didnt know anything about what was happening he said i dont know what you need but accepted the vehicle and keys with no issues. They had the vehicle for up to 3 weeks till they decided they would refund the monies and then advised there was damage to the vehicle which was absolute nonesense. They advised the refund was processed and would take up to 14 days the 14 days arrived and we was still having to chase them for payment. If you want to buy none roadworthy vehicles then by all means go here!!!. Customer service was great prior to purchase of the vehicle. When it came to a refund they went on the missing list with no reply and no response to any phonecalls or texts. They was fast enough to take the money via bank transfer there and then but when it came to getting paid back they dragged there heals. I was left without any money and no vehicle for 3 weeks but they didnt care less. AVOID!!!

I’ve purchased my second car for my daughter without viewing it and I’m really pleased with the service they have provided to me. I’ve purchased the car in the morning and afternoon time it was delivered parked outside my house. Thank you
