Very bad attitude of guy name Mathew. Stay away from him if is dealing with you.
Be very careful with their sales tactics. I was waiting for the paperwork via email for payment and confirm delivery, when they sold the car to somebody else without communications. Also a lot of misrepresentation on their after sales package. It made us feel very uncomfortable, so maybe we dodged a bullet by loosing the car. Last comms we had was confirming waiting for an email with paperwork to finalse sale.... then you sell it to someone else.... so yes I called your sales man a slimely sales man...pretty fair words to be honest. And thankfully I now have a gorgeous Ranger from an honest garage for a better value and a legal after-sales package. Bullet dodged so thank you for having such a poor business agreement philosophy in your sales team.

It appears you're on a review purge. Like we've said on both Trustpilot and Google reviews... Vanessa, We're really sorry you missed out on our Ranger, you visited us on Friday evening and left without putting a deposit on the vehicle. We also, have an online deposit reservation function on our website open to everyone to reserve vehicles 24 hours a day which you could have used. Unfortunately for you, someone else purchased the vehicle on Saturday. We did call you and left a voice message on Saturday 10:49am to advise of other interest in the vehicle, you did not call us back until Sunday 11:37am which was too late. However, I would like to point out verbally abusing our staff and name calling will not be tolerated and we hope you find your next vehicle elsewhere to suit your needs .
Advertising cars not ready don’t even have them in stock, when values asked why not ready start shouting and sweating Andy in he manager , rude misleading customers , will report to trading standards

AVOID! The worst vehicle sales centre by a long way!!!!!! Paid £20k via bank transfer £20 in transfer fees and £500 from the business account for a Caddy van. First off I could not Insure the van as they could not provide the correct details for it. Then the van broke down while it was being delivered to me ( so much for the thorough checks before sale etc) so Anchor vans cancelled the sale which was fine. However despite having all my bank details they still have not processed a refund and have said they won't pay the £20 bank transfer fee. I have asked numerous times to speak to a manager but to no avail. I have been left with no van, no refund and bank changes! Small claims court here we come! AVOID Anchor vans AT ALL COST!

I purchased a vehicle in January. My previous van was used in part exchange and the value was much more than they offered. I saw what they sold it for. I also purchased it from Anchor. My new van has been disappointing from the start and I won’t buy here again.
