I've taken my Hyundai Tucson on some good runs since driving away from the dealership and so far everything seems fine. The team here were very good while I was enquiring about the car and other than missing a jack in the boot, I have no complaints.

I would definitely get another car from here in the future. Andy was the gentleman who looked after me and I thought he provided really good customer service. He gave me all of the information I needed and there was no pressure from him, which was ideal. I'm loving my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, it's been a great car.

Service level was 10/10, I had a major issue just after collection with the car which has been fixed by Andrew James Cars Ltd. While the car was at services they gave me a courtesy car, so they deserve the highest rating from me.

I'm just waiting on a window switch from here, but I'm not chasing it because I have every faith it'll be sorted, but my Skoda Octavia is getting on just fine otherwise. The customer service was excellent and faultless to be honest. The approach was relaxed, with a "have a look around, and if you like it, we can talk, if not, no worries" attitude. 5* plus experience. It's clearly a well-run operation with knowledgeable staff and great customer service.
