Once the bid was accepted, they got in touch to arrange a collection that worked best for everyone involved. Around the collection day, their collection team confirmed a one-hour bracket and then, once it was closer to the time, confirmed a 10-minute bracket. I really appreciated this as it made the whole process run smoothly. Handover was great — the collection team checked over the car, took it for a drive and, once happy, sorted the DVLA paperwork and released the money. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and was a breeze. Thanks to all involved, and I look forward to maybe dealing with you again!
