Do not do MOT there!! Scumbags! They will rip you off on unnecessary repairs. I had MOT at September with them, car failed MOT due to a 2nd speed emission too high (just few hundreds) and rear bush play. There wasn't any light on a dashboard, so it was weird that it passes on Idle speed and failed on 2nd speed. Asked them about a leakage from an exhaust, they said that there weren't any Leakes from exhaust system, and it was checked. They proposed repair for £260 to change bushes and 2nd lambda sensor but I didn't go to repair issues with them. Bushes have been replaced, engine was run well on fuel with added ATP cleaner and warmed up well before re-test as advised by other mechanic. The car failed again, only on 2nd speed emission too high (just few hundreds). I took a car to another MOT station and guy immediately found a leakage in a silencer; entire floor was black from fumes. They said there was not leakage on a first MOT and had a car lift during a re-test. AVOID, they are proper con and lay through a teeth!

Hi just bought a Renault captur and the salesman was Jim. I’ve got to say this man should be the car salesman of the year, he was polite not at all pushy he was so honest could not have done enough for you you could of asked him anything he in one word was lncredible. Been to many garages over the years and never had service like this. Take time to read Andrews car history amazing what they have achieved never go anywhere else would highly recommend.

Member of staff did not seem interested in helping us. Test drove one of your vehicles but no follow up calls to see if we were satisfied.
I went to Andrews Car Centre in September to buy my first car, I hadn't passed my test yet but the salesman took me for a test drive so I could get a feel for the car. Everyone was really nice and friendly, they explained everything to me every step of the way and called me after the sale to check up and wish me luck on my test.

It was a pleasure to do business with Andrews Car Centre, I was actually on my way to look at a car at another dealership when I passed their forecourt and saw a similar model for a better price, the car has been excellent and I'm thrilled with how everything worked out.

I still have one outstanding issue with my car that this dealership in Lincoln are still looking into but they have sorted others that have come up since my purchase. However if im being honest, due to these issues happening in the first place I wouldn't recommend them. In hindsight I felt like my purchase was a bit rushed and it was more about the sale than me as a customer.
