I bought my car from Andy and got a great deal. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They sorted any issues that the car had before I collected it. I then took my car back for my service. They were quick and sorted everything for me. I would definitely recommend them and bring back my car and futures cars back to them.
I bought a car off Andy Halls cars May this year. Only to find out the car had 3 problems with it after taking it to my local garage. So I contacted him to say I wish for my money back to which he refused even. So myself and husband went down to see Andy Hall and he was very rude and using bad language at us.He still refused to give our money back. He offered to repair the problems. So he had the car back and so called repaired them. Since then I have had my local garage look at it and they said that they have done a bodge job on it and don’t know how long it would last……. Stay well clear of him, all nice to you when your interested in a car but as soon as you leave with it and you have problems they aren’t helpful and he can be aggressive.
I tried to px ex my car with them was told there was something on the HPI so I paid for a full report and there was nothing on it so I emailed them the report so I said I want to buy your car they told me to hang on and wait for the report so I emailed them back and asked how long do you think it will take the owner Andy emailed me back and said be with us it won’t be long maybe a couple more days so I thought ok then today received an email saying they had sold the car I was trying to buy I felt so let down by them and they are supposed to be in the good garage organisation well I’m sorry but they aren’t good with customer care I will not be getting a car from them

I bought a car on October 10th 2021. The staff was very friendly when the payment was being made. I drove home ( 45mns) and the battery light came on 3 days later. I decided to go back to them as the car was under warranty. The staff and owner did not like it. We were left waiting for 5 hours in and out a cold and friendly environment. I, Then insisted to get a " loan" car to drove back home. I was with my husband and my daughter. They let me have a car and drove back home . The loan car was only suitable for short drives and could not be used for my work , which was very inconvenient. The chasing to get the car back was horrendous. 20 days later, I phoned and insisted that I needed to pick up my car. We drove back ( 45mns). The car was filthy at the back and the stop & start light was on . We were told , it 'll come off when you start driving. " No paperwork was given to us stating what work has been done as promised. We were told that they were short staffed because of covid , but they will send the paperwork to us. The following day (15/11) I decided to phone regarding the light , Andy was very sharp, we requested a full refund to which he agreed.. when I decided to drive back to Weston super mare the car won t start . I phoned the Andy Hall Cars who offered recovery but could take days, I was stoid in a ar park wanting to put sn end to tgis nightmare. I had to call a garage to jump start my car and get to Weston super mare . On arrival we were told by an unfriendly receptionist " take a seat somebody will be with you. " Andy .came very bothered and started to check the paperwork saying " I m sorry it did not work out" there was absolutely no acknowledgment of the hassle we have been through, the cost of having to jump start the car. This is a disgrace.. stay away .

Today collected my Ford Galaxy from Andy Hall Cars having put a deposit two weeks ago. In that period the car was serviced and mot’d. They not only corrected all of the small defects I had found during a test drive but also found a problem with the clutch and fitted a full new clutch system and also a new dual mass flywheel for me free of charge. I have had excellent service all through the process. Thank you.

On my experience here, best to buy a car privately. There are no real protections contained in the 'in house warrantee' and there's no point paying over the odds hoping for any semblance of customer service. If you question the staff about why they are refusing to do anything abut the car you bought from them you'll be treated to a tirade of personal abuse. And yes, the clutch thrust bearing IS covered by the wording of the warrantee. A little negotiation would have been in order. Instead of which, they went straight to blank refusal. What do you do about a business that will take your money, then then explain to you you are 'silly' and tell you they are 'busy men' and haven't got time to attend to your legal rights as a consumer? When a member of staff explained that he had a 'bad temper' and was 'just about to lose it' and when you've got two blokes lining up against you, you walk, don't you. Steer well clear.

I have had a lovely experience with all the team at Andy Hall. Nothing has been to much for these guys. They are very helpful/courteous and very polite, they cant be more helpful. The car was better than described on the internet and i am very pleased. Had issue with front brake pads (Brake ware warning light came on on dash on way home) but that has been sorted and still was not a problem they were on the case and we got it sorted. Thank you Andy and all your team it has been a pleasure to do business with you and I fully recommend you to any one that wants a car with good service and sales advice.

I went to Andy Hall cars looking for a car. I was told they had a car within my budget but I wasn’t able to look at it. I needed a car ASAP so I put down a deposit. I was then told I would be called the day of collection, this didn’t happen. I called them to find out about the car and was told it was filthy and I would be called back. I still received no call. I decided that something didn’t seem right, so I had to get another vehicle. I went back to Andy Hall cars to get my refund and the lady there called ‘Cindy’ was extremely rude to myself and my family. First telling me I couldn’t get a refund. She claims she tried to call and left a text but I’ve had no contact with anyone from there. She said she needed to speak to her boss in relation to the deposit given and he wasn’t there and so she wouldn’t give the money back, we asked her to phone her boss. She did, but not before slamming the office door in our faces. I’ve never had such poor and unprofessional service. We left there astounded in the way she had spoken to us all. I would be vigilant if you are thinking of purchasing a car from these rouge traders!!

Bought a car from Andy Hall Cars and initially very happy, until I brought it to my garage and found faults. Salesman was very reassuring, said tyres would need replacing but everything else was sound, so confident in fact that he said to get it checked and bring it back to have any faults sorted. We had agreed to replace tyres but found shock absorbers also needed replacing. AHC checked the car and I was told they were fine and not even an MOT advisory. Their own in-house MOT technician then told me the would definitely be an advisory but I was still told they would not take care of it. The reassurance I was promised upon purchase meant absolutely nothing when the car they sold me was not as they had advertised. Basically if you get lucky and nothing is wrong with your car then I suppose it’s ok but if anything goes wrong, do not expect any sort of after care. They may promise it but will not follow through,
