Don't be fooled by the Andy Hall Cars website telling you they really care about customer service. And I quote 'We are very aware of our obligations under Consumer Rights legislation and always adhere to it fully. We will always do our absolute best to ensure that purchasing a car from us is a pleasant experience before and after the sale. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always do our utmost to ensure that our customers would be happy to recommend us' Well I'm a customer and I absolutely wouldn't recommend them or ever buy anything from them again. Shoddy cars, overpriced and the guarantees mean nothing to Andy Hall Cars. Avoid like the plague.

I purchased a car from Andy Hall Cars less than 4 weeks ago. After a few days I found silicone running all along the outside of the oil tank and silicone running along the INSIDE of the oil tank and I have oil spilling out over other components. Andy Halls reply to my review of them on their FB page includes "What you are showing us is evidence of previous repairs. There is no evidence what so ever that there is a current problem. Sealants in many cases have replaced traditional gaskets in manufacturing." Really!!!! Avoid if you don't want to go through what I have. I learnt to drive a car not build one. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! The best 3 words I can offer.. Absolutely never use Andy Hall Cars no matter how cheap they are - the adage you get what you pay for is true in this case!! I wish I would have read all the online reviews before I handed over my hard earned cash to these. I bought a car and within 24 hours things started to go wrong; within a matter of weeks a serious fault showed which was a recurring fault from before the car was purchased. After trying to get things sorted with AHC - with no joy, I had to invoke Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. This business want your money but do not accept any responsibility for any wrong doings.. The in house warranty is a joke - not worth the paper it is written on (even though it is offered as a sales benefit!) and certain members of the sales team fob you off with any old excuse... Shame shame shame, this company is why some very reputable second hand car dealerships get a bad rep.. DO NOT BE SUCKERED IN!!!
Just sold our car for cash. All dealings were with Jeremy who was an excellent guy. Money straight in the bank. No IFS or BUTS. Thanks Andy Hall Cars. Its been a pleasure dealing with you.
I traveled a fair way down south to Andy Hall Cars and I'm happy I did, the car is superb and Andy was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of all the paperwork and he let us take the car that day before the finance had been cleared to save us another long journey.
