Bought a car from Andy Hall Cars and initially very happy, until I brought it to my garage and found faults. Salesman was very reassuring, said tyres would need replacing but everything else was sound, so confident in fact that he said to get it checked and bring it back to have any faults sorted. We had agreed to replace tyres but found shock absorbers also needed replacing. AHC checked the car and I was told they were fine and not even an MOT advisory. Their own in-house MOT technician then told me the would definitely be an advisory but I was still told they would not take care of it. The reassurance I was promised upon purchase meant absolutely nothing when the car they sold me was not as they had advertised. Basically if you get lucky and nothing is wrong with your car then I suppose it’s ok but if anything goes wrong, do not expect any sort of after care. They may promise it but will not follow through,

Don't be fooled by the Andy Hall Cars website telling you they really care about customer service. And I quote 'We are very aware of our obligations under Consumer Rights legislation and always adhere to it fully. We will always do our absolute best to ensure that purchasing a car from us is a pleasant experience before and after the sale. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always do our utmost to ensure that our customers would be happy to recommend us' Well I'm a customer and I absolutely wouldn't recommend them or ever buy anything from them again. Shoddy cars, overpriced and the guarantees mean nothing to Andy Hall Cars. Avoid like the plague.

I traveled a fair way down south to Andy Hall Cars and I'm happy I did, the car is superb and Andy was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of all the paperwork and he let us take the car that day before the finance had been cleared to save us another long journey.
