There is no nonsense or pressured sales pitch, just good friendly service that continues after the sale. He always has time to answer any questions you may have. We needed Andy to forward some paperwork and he did this promptly (other dealers would have you chasing them for weeks before sending) The cars are all in great condition and clean well kept I looked at a few before settled on the car I purchased.
