I buy it my Mazda 6 2015 from them,they promised me that if is something wrong with the car I 1 month to come back with it,he used the excuse that is holiday and no mechanic available,engine knocking,oil leak,everywhere I park my car is plenty oil on the road after 1 night,brake assist,traction control and I stop failure,loosing power,external timing belt shock absorber broken,I pay extra for insurance with RAC,but they cover only 1000£ repair,nobody let me know about that,anyway not even one Mechanic found to work with RAC insurance,all RAC approved services didn’t want to work with RAC insurance all off them complaining about not being paid after,I feel robbed I want my money back, so many problems from a car,great customer service before buying a car, but after purchasing a car is a nightmare

When I turn on the car my rpm is going straight to 1900 r/min, they said is air sensor,I have changed the air sensor but still has same problem,they sold me such a bad car,now they don’t respond to my calls and messages,tomorrow I need to drive with this car for 2 and half hours to Norwich , hopping they will help me, I coming back with updates

I took the car for a test drive and decided to purchase the car. We did a part exchange deal and i was offered a very good deal. The car was very well prepared for inspection. I bought a jaguar from them they went through me p/x and told my the faults but when I took the jaguar to be serviced the brake warnings on both the front wheels wires was broken. I informed them and they didn't want know. Also the dashboard leather bubbled up and a upholsterer said it was badly repaired before. So its obvious they didn't check the car as they did with mine probably to get me to pay more money. Be careful.
