My experience with Anthony Motors Aberystwyth has been excellent, because even if my 2016 Tiguan presented some issues shortly after purchasing, the team dealt with these professionally and effectively, providing a courtesy car on several occasions and covering all costs. I really can’t fault the entire team from sales person and owner to mechanic and admin staff. They dealt with the issues on the car as well as with my nerves (!) calmly and professionally and I felt looked after throughout. During the purchase phase itself, Andy gave me helpful advice, was very patient, and ultimately gained a new customer who was at first nervous about changing cars or even trying out new cars. Finally, Natasha at the front desk is truly lovely, always smiling and always professional, and the mechanic lead (sorry I can’t remember your name!) makes me feel he is knowledgeable and just simply knows what he’s doing. I have been to quite to a few main dealers over the years and I have to say that Anthony Motors stands out from the crowd. When you phone they always answer and put you through to the correct person, if they are unavailable they promptly phone you back (like you are important). I dealt with Andrew in Sales,( absolute Credit to your company) who made the transaction into my new car very easy, the car was exactly as described, he was always very polite and very easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in buying or recommending Anthony Motors Ltd. If only there were more dealerships with their attitude to car sales. Well Done!

Took our car to be repaired as we wanted VW mechanics to carry out the work to a high standard. Big mistake, our car was with them for over a week and then returned with exactly the same problem that we wanted to be resolved. On return our keys were thrown back at us and we were told to go somewhere else.
