Bought a car from Approved Motor Company which lasted just 4 hours before major mechanical failures rendered the car unusable. Despite 30 day return policy, they refused to take the car back when I reported the failure straight away. Evidence passed to Trading Standards who are investigating potential criminal charges. Civil action undertaken through the small claims court and a CCJ in my favour has now been issued. However, no repayment has been received. It looks like Tavion Hill is trying to close the business down. Beware any replacement start-up business

Bought a car from them in December and on the drive home an engine come on. Speaking to them I was told to bring the car back after Christmas and did just so. Upon dropping the car off the dealership was closed and they were not answering calls. A week went by and with absolutely no update from the dealer, no emails or calls, nothing at all, only when I threatened to get the car logged with the police as stolen did they respond, low and behold nothing was done to fix the car. Aviod these scam artists and con men at all costs. I'll be getting my money back through VISA.

I have a few problems. I paid £145 for road tax. But after 3 weeks I learner that when the car transferde to my name I have to buy mother road tax on my name. I call them and email them last few weeks. They do not answer my calls or reply to my emails. I need to get most of the £145 to buy a new road tax. 2nd problem with the car is the rear screen wiper motor lifts the wiper blade up and does not clean the screen. Something wrong with the wiper motor. Buying the car from them and All this took less than 6 weeks.. I cannot talk to them

Problem after problem , and now they have blocked me. After less than 1 week of getting the car it had to go back for repairs, and subsequently it still has problems and they intend to wash their hands of the car. I have spent £1k in the last 2 weeks as the car wont move. Just working with the lawyers now to get them to sort. But in a Nutshell dont use!!!!!!

I purchased my daughters car from Approved Motor Company they provided me with excellent customer service from the beginning to the end and the car was lovely i have a very happy child would highly recommend.

Approved Motor Company are great at selling cars and taking money of you with lots of smiles And that's it. Expect the smiles to stop when your car goes wrong, and you want something done about it. Put the free warranty you get with your car by WMS GROUP in the bin, that's all its good for. Eight months later of ownership and car has cost me £2000 pounds to put right, what their YouTube mechanics messed up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS....to you.

Hello, It is Keiran here from Approved Motor Company, Firstly i would like to apologise for any issues you have had with the car you purchased we sell 40-60 cars per month and have done for 4 years we are very proactive in resolving issues should they arise, The WMS Group won Warranty company of the year for 2018 and we have a excellent working relationship with the company and continue to use them, We have years worth of our own customers feedback with them and this is the first complaint that has come to our attention so i will contact them and find out why they rejected the claim as all claim request are stored if you would like to know the reason i will be happy to explain in more detail once i have found out, I do not know which part you attempted to claim for but i can assure you if the part that failed is covered in the booklet you was provided with under the terms and conditions then legally they have to honour that claim it is a legal document, The only Technician we have ever had working for us is 48 years old with 32 years of experience in the Motor trade his C.V exceptional we are very lucky to have someone with his wealth of knowledge, Please feel free contact me and i will be happy to discuss any unanswered questions you may have and again i apologise for any inconvenience you have suffered we do try our best to provide quality used cars but also understand from time to time things can go wrong. Hello Kooresh, It is Keiran Here from Approved Motor Company we have spoken and resolved the confusion here, The issue we had was the Transportation company you work for we paid to go and collect a car for us from another dealership, When the driver got there the car being collected was not available as the department had no record of our payment and the accounts department had gone home, When you called me it was 6:30pm i was driving home on the motorway with no hands free so i could not drive and be on the phone and asked you to call back the next morning, When we spoke again i agreed to pay the job aborting fee and we have used you since for more collections and moved on from this misunderstanding.
