Really good experience with the Mini Countryman

The Focus has been fine mostly. I did have to put a new clutch in it recently which was pretty pricey, It was bang on the milage where it would be needing one. The whole process was pretty straightforward and transactional. The car was pretty well advertised online so I can’t really complain.

I went to some centralized website and saw the car, then I just contacted sales. I wanted an SUV and the Sportage fit the bill

I went through a third-party finance broker who had AR Auto sales as their preferred dealer. I was after something more compact, reliable and European without paying Mercedes prices. The Volvo V40 I went for has a proper sized 2.0 diesel engine in it as well. I dealt with Sean during the sales process and he was great.

The Nissan Qashqai has been alright. My overall experience with AR Auto sales has been good however they sometimes don’t pick up when you call them. I would definitely recommend AR Autos to people, I’ve recommended them to a friend of mine.

I seen the mini online, and I was looking for the Paceman as it was a bigger than a normal mini and smaller than the countryman. The sales person I dealt with was lovely, they were really easy to deal and efficient.

The whole experience was perfect with AR Auto Sale. I liked the look of the Astra for the price. The whole sales process was done online and via whatsapp, it was nice and easy and I was able to get the car delivered!. I would definitely recommend AR Auto Sales to other people!

The experience was ok, it was all fairly bog-standard man. The staff at the dealership were both helpful and friendly. I’ve had to replace a couple of the tires on it and the communication during the collection process was slow. I travel quite a distance for work so I needed the Skoda Rapid by Saturday, and I didn’t get a concrete answer until late Friday. The car was priced well and It happened to be what I need.

AR Auto Sales had the right car we were looking for, the Vauxhall Astra estate which we found online. We dealt with Sean on the day when collecting the car, everything went well however it took us a couple of weeks to get the logbook for the vehicle. At the dealership it was a shame we didn’t get offered a cup of tea as when we went to view the vehicle it was quite a cold day and the dealership couldn’t arrange for anyone to pick us up from the train station. At the dealership we were left to our own devices and got to take the vehicle on a test drive by ourselves.

The Volvo V40 is fine, I was looking for one and AR Auto Sales had one in my price range. The only black mark I can think off is that I’m still waiting to hear back regarding the service history of the car. When I asked them to prepare the car in a couple of days they did it for me.
