I love my new motor, its perfect! As we live all the way down south I actually didn't meet the guys in the dealership but my partner spoke with them over a few days to arrange the car being delivered and they were very nice and polite with her. On the day of delivery the driver who dropped the car off was a absolute gent, he must have been knackered after that drive, so I made sure to take him to the train station so he could head back. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Can't complaint about AR Auto Sales at all. They were very good, kept their promises and made the whole process of buying a new car quick and easy. My Fiesta is absolutely great, it was a good choice!

I would be giving a 5 if not more. From the moment I got in touch to the moment the car was delivered the team have been amazing. Went through a finance company and after the agreement was signed it was like their emails and phones stopped working but every step of the way the dealer took ownership. Problem with a few.. no problem for your team.. the contacted the finance company and resolved it within a day. Kept me updated. Checked in on me and I the work done in my car for when it arrived was faultless. Thanks you so much I work as a manager in customer care and this is the best service I have ever received considering I live in Bournemouth and the car was in Scotland so a lot of trust was given to the garage and I can say it was well placed trust !!!

The gentleman at AR Auto sales gave me good service throughout my car buying journey, I found the car online, I was looking for a Vauxhall Astra and this car was the right one for me. It was clean for me upon collection, had a minor issue with the V5C but I managed to get that all sorted in the end.

Me and my partner are both using our new car, the Vauxhall Mokka and everything is fine, we have drove the vehicle a lot and only noticed that the wiper blades were not great so we had them replaced but other than that aye everything was fine. We went to collect the car in person and the guys were sound.

Maddy offered me perfect service throughout and told me if any issues to let me know, which was reassuring. I did notice when driving through Glasgow and all those speedbumps there was a squeak from the suspension but they were quite happy to have a look. The Golf is with them currently, they have been in constant communication with me and should have it back for the weekend. I would rate a 5 I have no problem with them.

Aye the cars been fine, managed to find a ford fiesta at this dealer for a friend of mine. Nae bother with the dealer, there were a few things that could be done better hence the 4 stars but the car was clean and they had a fresh MOT which was perfect.

I cant remember the sales persons name but they were very helpful as they provided me with HD photos and some videos of the car which were very good and handy to have due to buying remotely. Delivery was fine and had no issues.

The Dealership gave me a good service and I was looking for an Astra for my granddaughter and the dealer had 2 very nice ones, but one was more eco friendly than the other so we went for that. The forecourt was slightly crammed and this is why I would give a 4/5 on the review but overall I think the service was very good!

AR Auto Sales were very accommodating. I say that because not long after collecting my Audi A3 the engine light came on. I got in touch with the dealership to get it booked back in and they let me choose the day to drop the car off. Since I live in Scotland it wasn't exactly around the corner, but they were great at making sure the timing worked for me. I can’t fault them at all and they were quick to resolve the issue (which turned out to be the glow plugs). The sales staff weren’t pushy when I was buying, I really love the car and it's been fine since the repair. I’d probably prefer to buy closer to home next time (nothing against AR Auto Sales, just for convenience), but then again if they had another car that caught my eye at a good price, I definitely wouldn’t say no.
