I actually never spoke with the guys at AR Auto Sales, as my finance broker dealt with them directly. But they didn't have any issues at any point with them, as far as I'm aware. I got the car delivered to me, it was a smooth delivery with the car arriving when it should and in good condition.

From finding the car online to reserving and going to the dealership was fine with no hiccups, they were pretty good with everything. I did feel maybe the staff were a little overstretched as the salesman who was helping me was also helping someone else and on the phone. Since having the car I did have an issue with the tyre sensor and they were great, they offered to take the car back to fix, but due to living quite a distance away from them I couldn't get to them, so they sent in the post the same day if not the day after the part to fix it in the post, I couldn't of asked for more!

Not everything was perfect in my experience, it was a little odd to be honest, there wasn't allot of talking, I felt it was very much signing the paperwork and off I went, I feel this could be improved upon to make an experience better, so taking that into consideration I have rated 3 stars. I have to say how thrilled I am with my Golf, I honestly couldn't be happier, it was a last minute decision to buy this car, one which I'm really happy to have made. Even though the service was not up to scratch this wouldn't put me off buying from them again, they didn't do anything bad, just bits could be worked on.

This was my 1st time using AR Auto Sales, and I would be happy to use them again in the future. The salesmen were good, I'm happy with the Golf. I found it a little frustrating how I had to wait a few days after purchase to actually take the car as it had to be MOT'd and serviced, which I thought should of been done prior to this point, but that said it was a good experience the salesmen really are prompt with issues, as I was driving away there was a minor issue with the wing mirror, but he fixed it there and then for me which was great!

I love my new motor, its perfect! As we live all the way down south I actually didn't meet the guys in the dealership but my partner spoke with them over a few days to arrange the car being delivered and they were very nice and polite with her. On the day of delivery the driver who dropped the car off was a absolute gent, he must have been knackered after that drive, so I made sure to take him to the train station so he could head back. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Can't complaint about AR Auto Sales at all. They were very good, kept their promises and made the whole process of buying a new car quick and easy. My Fiesta is absolutely great, it was a good choice!

I would be giving a 5 if not more. From the moment I got in touch to the moment the car was delivered the team have been amazing. Went through a finance company and after the agreement was signed it was like their emails and phones stopped working but every step of the way the dealer took ownership. Problem with a few.. no problem for your team.. the contacted the finance company and resolved it within a day. Kept me updated. Checked in on me and I the work done in my car for when it arrived was faultless. Thanks you so much I work as a manager in customer care and this is the best service I have ever received considering I live in Bournemouth and the car was in Scotland so a lot of trust was given to the garage and I can say it was well placed trust !!!

The gentleman at AR Auto sales gave me good service throughout my car buying journey, I found the car online, I was looking for a Vauxhall Astra and this car was the right one for me. It was clean for me upon collection, had a minor issue with the V5C but I managed to get that all sorted in the end.

Me and my partner are both using our new car, the Vauxhall Mokka and everything is fine, we have drove the vehicle a lot and only noticed that the wiper blades were not great so we had them replaced but other than that aye everything was fine. We went to collect the car in person and the guys were sound.
