Problems with the car ever since it was purchased. Constantly had to ring the office, only to be told a call back would be arranged. Never got one. Manager Chris, has no clue what hes doing. Promises and not once called tp update when the car would be repaired. Diagraceful. Only responded when complaint raised.

We would like to thank all the Staff that we dealt with when we picked up our new Sportage. In particular John Pratt who although very professional was warm and friendly and so helpful and informative. Our visit was made special by them all and we came away smiling. Regards Doug & Sarah Phillips.

We made an appointment to sell a mini and were given a time of 14:30 Saturday. We arrived slightly early and waited at Reception where there was nobody for 20 minutes . Later on, a gentleman announced himself as being part of the group and asked what we were there for. We explained we had an appointment to sell a mini. His answer was: "Ahhh! the gentleman who deals with purchases left early. He didn't think he had appointments"..It's like telling you at hospital, doctors left because they thought they had no patients today!!! I understand it was good weather for a BBQ, but when you have travelled 22 miles with a firm appointment, you would think the institution is good enough to run its business in an efficient way and ensure its staff are there to meet customers. My verdict: a disorganised, unprofessional body where employees didn't show the slightest sympathy or care, yet they are paid to do so !!!!

Absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service from Rebecca at Kia motors Arnold Clarke. Had my car 3 weeks breaks pads slipped not my fault all Rebecca was interested in is passing judgement! I’m 5 months pregnant don’t need the stress. Highly recommend you train your staff to not comment on things that do not concern them! Both Rebecca and the manger was highly unprofessional would recommend going to another Arnold Clarke if you want to be treated with respect!

Made an appointment online and less than 2 hours later, we had agreed a fair price and sold our car! Fantastic service from Joe who was polite and efficient. Thank you for making it so easy!

3times palmed off with "will phone you back" but Arnold Clark Kia Altrincham never did my advise go elsewhere
