AVOID at all costs . This was my first time buying a car ,Leon made the whole experience very stressful . The car was nothing like promised at all the guy in the video said the condition inside was perfect which was complete bullshit , the damages that where supposed be fixed on the car weren't and I was told by Leon that I had to paint the damages on my own and that he apparently didn't know about the damages inside . The worst experience I ever had and Leon was the absolute worst sale man possible even raised his voice at me at one of the conversations over the phone , discussing behaviour. Will definitely not be coming back .
They sold me a car at the show room with breaks that we defected and then expected me to pay more money after they sold me the car with defective breaks which I didn’t know obviously I went to a different garage manager couldn’t be bothered they’re at office couldn’t be bothered all they’re interested in is your money not your 50 think safety first

We bought a 10 month old car and the first service was included. Although the service book was stamped the service wasn’t done. They argued at first but eventually conceded that any videos they had were inconclusive. I have therefore had the service done again. They are supposed to be reimbursing me this cost but are not paying. They are liars led by an ineffectual or indifferent service manager. You would be throwing money away and risking your lives if you took out a service plan if our experience is anything to go on. We have no complaints about the sales department, they did their job. It is the service department that is woefully bad. Had I not checked we would be riding round in an unserviced car which would jeopardise any claim against the manufacturer for faults.

Bought my car in from Arnold Clark in Blackpool may this year. Best car I've had. Came in with a warranty fault, left car for the day but was ready before lunch and part fixed. Brilliant service.
Bought a Volkswagen Golf from Arnold Clark in March 2015 problems from Day 1!!!.The roof lining was damp turns out it was water being projected into the chassis from the rear wiper I took it back it was fixed the third time round. Supposed to have two years of free servicing they did NOTHING except top up the oil and water reservoir they failed BOTH free MOTs too on tyre wear which I found were perfectly road legal my mate Ste who was an Audi mechanic verified this for me. Six month in the DPF was clogged the car went into limp mode we took it back they said it was repaired when my dad drove it on the motorway to drop it off for me the car went into limp mode AGAIN nearly costing him his life then the gears were jumping and they claimed were wear and tear issues not covered by warranty and the gearbox and clutch was replaced charging us we fought it out with an Ombudsman and won the case getting a refund after paying out for it. When my car was serviced by my mate the oil filters were disgusting gunk that had solidified and the pollen filters were blocked so he flushed everything out which took three days Arnold Clark and their free servicing is an absolute hilarity in itself. !!!!! Once these jokers have your money everything else goes out the window !!!!. After sales is non existent phone wise or Karen at the customer desk there was extremely arrogant condescending and damn right rude as were the service team !!!!!. In the end I sold the car this year it cost me more than what it was worth in the end and would NOT recommend this company or this branch to buy a used vehicle from Don’t waste your money or your energy on this company steer clear !!!!
Arnold Clark Blackpool Renault/ Dacia carried out a repair on my car but I had concerns about the repair that they carried out as I could now could smell exhaust gases from inside my car. I have contacted their customer service 3 times and requested a call back as they were to busy to discuss the problem. Last time I called them I was told that the service section was to busy to take my call but the person who took my call said he would put me on a red list in which he explained I would get a call back the same day....this never happened.

This review is for Arnold Clark Blackpool, in particular the dealership on Amy Johnson Way. The Sales guy over promised and under delivered with no proper communication. Once the manager arraraged the collect date the issues were resolved. We really wanted the car and if some one else had it we would of gone to them. I know i couldnt recommend them based on the sales guy we dealt with.
