I am extremely disappointed and annoyed by the customer service we received today(29th of June) at Arnold Clark - uphallBroxburn. I booked to a service last Friday for 10am today, as we are traveling in from East lothian I also called this morning and spoke with a lady who confirmed it would be taken at 10am. Unfortunately when we arrived this was not the case! We were then told apon arrival that the car would not be taking untill 1.00! At this point I asked for the keys back and we would go away and come back for 1.00 but got told we could not do this, I was not going to stand in the rain for 3 hours to wait on this service which was confirmed to be taking at 10am twice! I am very disappointed in the lack organisation and communication with this company. I would like to have someone within management to contact me ASAP to rearrange my service and for it to be taking when stated. Walter Barker firstname.lastname@example.org
Have just bought a Renault Clio from Arnold Clark Broxburn and couldn’t ask for better service from Ian.He picked me up from my house and took me to Broxburn to pick up my new car.He was such a lovely person explained everything about my car and made sure I understood everything.
Today i had the misfortune of dealing with kevin wilson at Arnold Clark Broxburn who was the so called car salesman, He got me to come to his branch through appointment ,took a day off work as i was told the car was ready for a test drive ,so to start with i arrived and was told he was out and would be 10 mins ,50 mins later he turns up asking did u see the car on the way in wich i replied no ,so he said I'll get u out on a test drive a further 15 mins later he comes back to tell me unfortunately the car is in the garage in bits getting the timing belt done so i am furious the fact my time has been wasted ,cost of fuel, and the loss of earnings, i would not recommend this branch to anyone stay well clear
Phoned regarding an Audi on the Arnold Clark Broxburn web page on Friday got told they would ring me back. I’m still waiting. Don’t bother calling me now as I’ve got one elsewhere.
Visited Arnold Clark Broxburn recently, and despite several staff standing around chatting whilst others appeared to be milling around doing nothing, I have yet to be greeted or have my new vehicle sales enquiry dealt with. Top customer service right there and a Fiat sale heading to another dealership.
David ar Arnold Clark Seat Broxburn branch was very helpful when I was choosing my Motability vehicle. He managed to get me an Alhambra when other dealerships were quoting at least a six month delay in delivery. He took time to explain the whole process very clearly and also went over the basic controls of the car when we picked it up. He is also happy to answer any queries we might have as we get used to our new car. Would not hesitate to use this branch again

I was initially very impressed by the service however the sales team sold the car I traded in without clearing the finance. I was then lied to serval times about steps being taken to resolve and ended up paying for 2 cars. 6 weeks later I’m still paying for 2 cars. Apologies made but no steps to reimburse me or compensate me for the stress caused. The garage have paid the finance company by cheque and now I’m being told I have to wait a further 2 weeks for it to clear before reimbursement. No ownership shown here by offering chaps/same day value payments like other companies do. I’m just left to deal with the consequences. I do not recommend using this garage and whilst I’d planned to return later this year to buy my wife a car, I’ll go elsewhere. Disappointed is an understatement!
As a used car dealership I cant fault them because they gave me excellent service,. I would recommend them to family and friends. My car was good value for money and when I came to pick the car up it was clean and exactly as described. I have rated Arnold Clark dealership in Broxburn a 5 for everything.
As soon as I was refused credit thay lost interest but when I came back and told them I had my own financial company to buy the car there attitude changed
