Collected my.new car this morning and it was a complete breeze. Melanie was super helpful and made the experience a really great one. Keep up the excellent work Melanie and all the team at Arnold Clark.

The actual click and collect of my new car was quick and easy think the whole transition took about 10 minutes Melanie was good and a follow up call after I had a enquiry was dealt with quickly.

I purchased a Toyota Yaris from Arnold Clark in 2019 after a big problem with radio and satnav which took an age to sort out. All this I would think will be in the record of the purchase. We got a deal on service and m.o.t for 2 years. I understand that we are responsible for this but no one reminded us to have either done, so for a year we had no m.o.t thus our insurance for that year would have been invalid if we had a reason to claim. I am due to bring my car in for service on 25 th Jan this year but .I think I would rather leave it as I have no faith in Arnold Clark. Maybe you could check this email and respond. Val Goodfellow.
