Booked my car in when service personnel were on lunch break. Car had faulty glow plug which was replaced replaced on warranty, I asked to have the other three replaced at my expense but this was refused. I paid for annual service and mot but I have gone to another garage as I have no intention of dealing with this garage.ian
Bought a car from Arnold Clark Falkirk the service from start to finish was excellent our sales advisor Michael was fantastic. Our car was delivered up to Aberdeen sooner than expected and we were not disappointed at all the car is lovely and we are chuffed to bits with it. Thanks to Micheal for a smooth stress free sale and to Scott & Craig who delivered the car to us. Well done highly recommend

9th car purchased from dealership excellent service as usual from David Hume and Robert.
Purchased vehicle from Anrnold Clark Falkirk which was supposed to be repaired beforehand. I must be the fool as it still needs repaired some 6 months later. Add to that they haven't even registered the vehicle in my name so cannot tax it. Think twice before trusting anything frm these as once they have the sale....you don't exist
Great service and my sales rep Paul Cowan at Arnold Clark Falkirk, he was fantastic he went out his way to get my car a part yesterday from Stirling so I could collect my new Audi today I couldn’t be more thankful for it Highly recommend paul to be ur rep And also Chris hay a think his name was (drives the a3 convertible) lol he was great at doing the hand over off my car thanks again guys xx

Dealt with Paul Cowan at Arnold Clark Falkirk when purchasing my new car. Paul was very patient with me, ensured my car was exactly what I wanted and carried out regular check ups with me after purchasing the car to ensure everything was ok. Paul was very kind, pleasant and made me feel confident with my purchase. I could honestly not recommend Paul enough. Great customer service!
